INDIAN CAKE

PASTA INGREDIENTS:

05 eggs (whites in snow);

01 and 1/2 cup of sifted sugar tea;

100g of butter (or 03 full tablespoons);

01 cup of tea and 1/2 of breadcrumbs;

01 tablespoon of cinnamon;

01 tablespoon of baking powder;

Powdered cinnamon to decorate to taste. . . PREPARATION MODE:

Start beating the egg whites and set aside.

Place the yolks, sugar and margarine/butter in the mixer and beat well until obtaining a white cream.

Done that, add the breadcrumbs, cinnamon and mix quickly.

The dough is a little heavy and dry.

Now, add the snow whites and stir gently until it becomes a lighter and more homogeneous mass.

Finally, add the baking powder and mix slowly.

Pour the dough into a greased shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes, or until you stick a knife and come out clean. . CREAM INGREDIENTS:

01 can or box of condensed milk;

500 ml of milk;

01 tablespoon of corn starch;

02 sieved gems;

01 tablespoon of butter;

01 teaspoon of vanilla essence. . CREAM PREPARATION METHOD:

In a pan put all the ingredients and stir constantly until it thickens.

With the cake and the cream completely cold, cut the cake in half, fill with half of the cream and with the other part use the frosting.

Sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste to decorate and it's ready.
