This is Ludwig the Mewtwo
Mewtwo and Newtwo was stopping the forest fire and trying put out the flames also get the wild pokémon safe. But they can't do all things at once until unexplained of events turn for the good support, the mysterious rain cloud has appeared in the sky, started to rain down pours on the forest as the fire went completely and the wild pokémon are safe also okay. Newtwo asked Mewtwo what happened to the fire in the forest. Mewtwo replied to her the flames put out until then a mysterious hooded figure stand behind them as he replied to them using telepathy. Both of them turn around as they see a mysterious hooded Pokemon. Newtwo looked at him trying to see his face but she can see his mouth but she notice his tail. "I can't believe it, it's another Mewtwo." Mewtwo shocked that there's another Mewtwo like them. The third one unhooded himself as Newtwo said another Mewtwo but another male. The black Mewtwo introduced his name given by his adoptive dad; Ludwig.

How much of Chipp's techniques and fighting style are a product of his master's school of ki-derived ninjitsu and how much are his own original attacks? Meaning, were all of Chipp's special attacks, Overdrives, Instant Kills, etc. taught to him by Tsuyoshi before his death or are they all part of his own original style that are only based upon Tsuyoshi's teachings?
Hard to say… the only hint we are given are the names of two of his master’s techniques.

“Tsuyoshi-shiki Ten'i” [Fortitude Transportation]
It seems that movement and stealth are the two foundations from which Chipp was taught.
That’s not to say everything else was something that was self-taught… far from it!
If anything, Chipp’s ‘evolving techniques’ such as Alpha Plus, or his ability to cling to walls and perform an Alpha Blade… or even his aerial Genrouzan… are all various stages of techniques that he learned from observing his master… and copying what he observed and continuing to grow and take things to the next logical step.
If he does deviate from his master’s techniques with one of his own, I’m sure his bravado will let everyone know! He’s not exactly the most quiet Ninja, and still hasn’t mastered the arts completely yet.
But, all that running around has to count for something!
I didn’t notice this, or even think to look for it, until after Small aired, and we learned that Shin Mao’s whiskers are on the side of his face, unlike Mao Mao’s which are closer to his ears. With this in mind, I decided to see where Mao Mao’s sisters’ whiskers are.
Whiskers on head - Spear/Brunhilde and Scarf:

Contacts isn’t clear, but hers are probably also on her face, but obscured by her cape:
In conclusion, Mom Mao’s whiskers are probably also on her head, and Brunhilde, Scarf, and Mao Mao got it from her.
Ideas and Headcanons for Mao Mao’s Sisters
Oldest to Youngest
Brunhilde
The eldest of Mao Mao’s sisters.
She wants to be like Shin Mao the most. She follows the Hero’s Code to a T and used to regularly quote that and her father.
As the firstborn child, she’s the first inheritor and bares the highest expectations from Shin Mao.
She also feels the responsibility of bringing honor to the Mao Clan and looking out for her family.
Protective Big Sister/Daddy’s Girl/Hero’s Protege.
Eye Contact Sister
The second eldest of Mao Mao’s sisters.
In some aspects, she’s like Mao Mao but worse. She’s a cold, unforgiving edgelord who refuses to open up to anyone, even her family.
She will not hesitate to use brutal, torturous, painful methods to get results.
An example of her behavior: As a little girl, she saw a defective group of dolls for Girl’s day. She wanted to buy them; not to have them, they already had dolls for Girl’s Day, but to desecrate them. Their defections made them look like monsters and she wanted to decapitate them, dismember their bodies, and throw them into a fire.
Tsundere/Kuudere/Edgelord Assassin
Scarf Sister
One of the middle children and elder twin sister of the orange sister.
She’s generally considered mild and mellow. She usually doesn’t get involved unless her sister does.
Next to being a hero, she’s also an artist. She enjoys painting and drawing and has done family portraits.
She isn’t too open about her artistry, but she does like personalizing a few of her possessions. She has several painted capes and scarves.
Family Artist/Thing 1/Birb Daughter
Orange/Bangle Sister
The other middle child and younger twin sister to the scarf sister.
She’s an energetic, playful tomboy and focuses primarily on martial arts and close combat.
She has broken nearly every vase in the house from doing something stupid; skateboarding indoors, chasing her siblings with a stick, training in the living room instead of her room, outside, or in the training room.
She loves everyone, and it shows. She rarely gets angry and her pranks and teasing is more for de-stressing and relaxing.

The youngest of Mao Mao’s sisters and closest in age to him.
At first sight, she’s like the scarf sister; quiet, generally sweet girl, but she’s a sweet girl who embraces the darkness.
She loves thunderstorms and monsters; in their village, most monsters are yokai, and she loves them. When Mao Mao was little, she would read him stories of kojin and jorojumo, and she wouldn’t mind a relationship with one. (Shin Mao doesn’t know any of this. He likely wouldn’t approve.)
When it comes to rules and laws, she’s similar to Tanya. She’ll follow them, but if she feels it’s an unjust law or if it interferes with what needs to be done, she’ll break it.

a series ive been working on for a while with the sisters. i refuse to believe that mao mao is the only victim here. also these are based off of literally nothing and the character interpretations are probably all wrong but its my headcanons and nobody tells the president what to do
contacts: shin's constant praise doesn't match up with her percieved average reality. there's a disconnect between the environment and people around her and her sense of self.
bangles: the physical smallest of the bunch. she's pushed to her absolute physical limits during training, more than the others, and she can't stand the teasing.
scarf: being a deeply emotional person, she can't help but get frustrated when their parents purposefully keep her and her sisters busy to keep them away from the rest of their lives. that includes their baby brother.
spear/brunhilde: she is very bad at processing emotions, and she has only ever been complimented or praised for her strength. so she trains until she can't train any longer, and even then, she refuses to take breaks. she never allows herself to be percieved as weak
hat: already a shy kid, the pressure from a very stoic and intense hero family to keep her emotions under wraps has gotten to her. she never allows herself to cry.
