1. I very very recently dyed my hair blue and I’m loving it (for Descendants which my school is putting on. I’m playing Evie)

2. I have over 1,000 origami paper cranes. I use them to keep my hands busy and to focus, either in class or away from less than healthy thoughts

3. I love finding escapism things to obsess over - Steven Universe, any musical, Sanders Sides, fantasy books, most anything that has to do with super powers

I’m not doing this because I want notes or attention, but because this needs attention. I don’t care if you think this is annoying or if you don’t like to keep seeing it on your feed, because this is serious.

Asian-Americans are being targeted, and assaulted, and murdered for just existing. This needs attention.

The shooting in Atlanta was not an isolated incident, Asian targeted hate crimes have been on the rise since the very start of the pandemic, and it has not slowed down.

If you are able to, I am urging you to please donate and help these victims.

And if you can’t, spread awareness and educate yourself, it only takes 2 clicks on your phone to share informative and helpful posts.

And lastly, do not target and blame other minorities for this. They are not the main problem, we should not have to fight and argue with other minorities over who “deserves” basic fucking human rights.
