I heard a theory that the faces of the characters in the second act (i.e. Jacques, Eva, Catherine, Fernando, etc) are the same as the Frankensteins/Julia bc the monster is projecting them from Henry's memories to hate

If so that's really interesting how he frames Ellen in the murder of Stefan, to reflect the way Eva kills Fernando

And yes Yu Jun-sang was my Victor!! I actually went and saw Kyuhyun as well LOL and will be seeing Shin Sung-rok in the near future...

I thought it was super cool to see the differences in YJS vs. Kyuhyun's interpretation of Victor and I look forward to seeing SSR's take on him!!

I bring ya the Korean original musical Frankenstein (프랑켄슈타인) by Wang Yong-beom and Brandon Lee

It's loosely based on the Mary Shelley novel and actually goes almost balls to the wall off the rails unhinged plot-wise, but it does it so WELL and it's made me absolutely insane over the past three days or so and I didn't even like the novel so you know it's good

I'm not fluent in Korean (though I do understand a fair amount) but the songs slap so fucking hard (y'all music truly needs no translation for its emotions to be felt)
