Kookie is all belly at this point.

He waddles around because I think he's not used to how heavy he is. His tummy is pushing forwards so fat that it's threatening to crease and spill over the waistband of his sweatpants. All of his clothes are too small and his exposed lower belly gives yummy little jiggles with every step he takes.
