Some Day I'm Going To Write An Essay About How Padme Naberrie Is The Most Hindu Character In All Of Star
some day i'm going to write an essay about how padme naberrie is the most hindu character in all of star wars in terms of aesthetic and culture, and i will lament on how george lucas did absolutely nothing with hinduism and hindu moralities just so he could have his tragic love lamp.

Star Wars Tales: Thank the Maker #6
Baby Anakin feeling sorry for Threepio because he believes his owner didn´t care about him and that makes him think about Shmi and him, so he wants to be his new maker is so 🥺bittersweet but Darth Vader giving Threepio back to Chewie because he can take care of him so he "deserves him" is my jam.
Shmi´s memory and teachings gave Anakin the road back from the darkside, this is fact and I love it.
i feel that as writers, we should seek to emulate the confidence of straight white men. look at the audacity of these fuckers. they’ll give you the dumbest plots, pasty characters or the weirdest dialogue to scorch hell, and they’ll still praise it and defend it to the death. have that kind of faith in your writing; it’s probably better anyway.
FYCK YOU people who think hanukkah is the 'main jewish holiday' because it's near christmas.

well now i’m thinking about ahsoka and luke.
what do you do when you meet your brother’s son? the one who saved him — the one who succeeded where you failed. you said ‘i won’t leave you’; he said ‘i won’t leave you’. only one works. your brother comes home only once, and it’s not to you. of course it’s not to you. you left first. isn’t it your punishment? you left first and you spend the rest of your life trying to come back but of course you never can, isn’t that the first thing you learn about leaving home? it’s never the same again.
your brother comes home for the son he doesn’t even know. your brother would’ve killed you where you stood. how the fuck are you supposed to cope with that?
