Sorry it took so long! I was quite stumped for this one. I did an x girlfriend. I hope this is what you wanted

“Im not drunk, just trip-”

“tipsy.”

“Thats the one”

It was rare that your girlfriend, Dr Claire Browne, got so inebriated that she couldn’t tell right from left. In all the years you had known the surgical resident, you had only known her this drunk twice.

First time you saw her like this was when you met. You had also been drinking and she found you, spilling your guts in the ladies room. She had assisted you the best she could before following your actions. You had only known this from the video you had found on your phone the next morning. 

The second time was when she had gone out to a friends party. You couldn’t remember who’s party it was but you had decided to miss it as you had a paper due the next day. She had called you, asking you to come pick her up and she was lost on the way home. She was at the bottom of the street she lived on.

But from that day, you two had made a deal. Every time one of you got drunk alone, the other would always come and get them home safely. Which led you to be sitting in the the car park of some apartment building.

You had been there for around ten minutes when you heard the passenger door open and close quiet loudly. “Hey, baby. Drink that water there. It’ll help in the morning.”

“I’m fine.” Claire slurred out, trying to keep her head up right.

“You’re drunk.” You said bluntly, pulling out onto the street.

She shook her head, but still reached for the bottle as she spoke. “I’m not drunk, just trip-”

“Tipsy?”

“That’s the one.” Claire smiled at you. Before taking a swig from the bottle. “You’re the best”

You laughed. Drunk Claire always lost her filter on what she said. “And why’s that.”

“Because. Because you remember stuff like water. And you’re cute.”

“Cute huh?” You said. Claire nodded so you took that as a cue to continue. “See how cute I am when I wake you in five hours for your next shift at work.”

“Oh.”
