Currently curled up in the fetal position with horrific period cramps, the pain affects my legs too so I can’t walk to my drawing tablet.

BUT

What team are you using?

From personal experience, the best character to use against Argenti is Argenti.

A fully leveled up and decently built Argenti can easily destroy (or at least weakness break) all of the thingies he summons with his enhanced ult.

If you don’t have Argenti, Boothill is a good replacement, just focus on the attack pillars (have fire weaknesses) and the shield pillars (lighting weakness) because the attack ones can actually do a lot of damage to Argenti and the other pillars.

My usual team for fighting Argenti is:

Argenti- I have him fully built with his signature LC and I do Main him so he’s probably better than the average Argenti.

Herta- she can be replaced with pretty much any life character that does damage. I’d suggest if you don’t have her built replace her with March, she gives out shields and her it can do a decent amount of damage. That way you also have a free slot for another dps (like Boothill) or a harmony charcter.

Aventurine- I’m fully aware Argenti doesn’t have an imaginary weakness, but he’s my only character that gives out good shields and that’s the only reason he’s there. This is a flex spot, just out anyone you feel can help with the team imo.

Gallagher- he’s a great healer and can easily weakness break the attack pillars I mentioned. Best way to do that is wait unti you have his ult, and the right after his turn use his ult and the. His enhanced attack, that way you get 3 turns in a row and will weakness break something on the field.

I know this is kinda just me rumbling but I do really get the frustration when it comes to Argenti’s boss battle. When he first came out with the quest I was stuck on that battle for WEEKS. The teams I had there was horrible but at least it worked.

Getting stuck on bosses is not fun but reaching out to the community for help is always good :D

Why is Argenti's fight in Yunli's companion mission so goddamn unfair?

Why is there no limit on how many times his damage can be enhanced? Why are his stupid oversized ordaments so hard to kill? Why, when you actually do defeat them, can he just summon more instantly? Why can he bring a FULLY LEVELED character down to half health with one attack? Why does he get two attacks in a row every round? Why is he so goddamn unfairly overpowered?

Does Hoyoverse not know the difference between a challenging fight and an unfair one? Not to mention that the playable characters can't level up past level 80 but the enemies can? Am I missing something here? Is there another way to make your characters stronger that I don't know about? Is there some kind of difficulty setting that's set to impossible by default?

Am I doing something wrong or are the creators somewhere sitting on thrones laughing at my misery like in fucking squid game?
