he’s half-convinced his brain is tricking him, that he’s delusional from, like, gym-borne toxic fumes or something, but a quick glance at kiyoomi’s phone screen discounts that theory. huh. and, again: what? atsumu fights the urge to rip the earbud out of kiyoomi’s ear or pause the music or, like, screech. normal responses, surely. instead, he speaks as calmly as possible around the disbelief in his voice, “you listen to abba?!” or: kiyoomi is an abba fan, atsumu is flabbergasted, and they're in love.

one of the saddest things is when someone in your family tells you you would've loved someone who died before you were born. like my mother has told me & my best friend that we would have loved talking to her father. that me & my brothers have the same humor as our late uncle & even look like him. everyone is everywhere & nowhere & here & gone & dying & coming back. it's as though you know them through their shadow or their ghost or your own actions, but you won't ever really know. haunts me, i guess

losing my shit

hi i just want everyone to know that i will never ever EVER be angry with anyone for not replying to my texts even though you’re visibly online and reblogging/posting. i understand that holding a conversation takes a lot more energy and effort than scrolling and posting and that’s 100% okay. take care of yourself first. the whole idea that you HAVE to reply to someone when you’re online is toxic and makes mentally ill people feel as though they are bad friends just because they can’t always reply within minutes.
