The only time Rogue ever got to feel Remy’s skin was when he was already dead and cold.

His powers probably allow (force) him to be warmer. Cuddling him with his trench coat on would probably feel like a warm blanket. Comforting and loving. But she’ll only ever get to think about it.

She probably thinks about it all the time.

sobbing about the way rouge says remys name after he dies and when referring to him after he dies she uses his name more rather than just calling him gambit (she used his name a lot more than everyone else anyways) but i feel like she barely called him gambit after his death because that wasnt just gambit to her that was remy. her remy. :(

i might have just noticed it more after he died tbh but i love them and im aloud to yap
