i think arkhamverse riddler (ESPECIALLY arkham knight riddler) is one of the guys of all time. hes so pathetic and bedraggled. he dresses like an unhinged bbq dad or possibly a lesbian. he canonically got called a fruit. he got cyberbullied for talking bad about batman online and it upset him so badly that he almost broke his entire computer but he didnt because scarecrow messaged him. there's a quote about him in arkham knight from the developers where they say that he "will unbutton his shirt, get covered in grime, and become visibly distressed as Batman continues to thwart his plans." when he invites you to his racetrack his rules are "1. call me sir at all times 2. dont try to cheat because i'm familiar with the contents of your utility belt 3. if theres an emergency i WILL guide you to an exit but you will look like a loser so just dont fight it 4. If You Piss Yourself It Is Not My Fault" and there is absolutely no explanation or preamble given to that. in assault on arkham the government wants him fucking dead because he figured out how to disarm the suicide squad neck bomb chips by RUNNING 1000 VOLTS OF ELECTRICITY THROUGH HIS OWN BODY TO FRY IT. there is something WRONG with this man. he thinks hes a genius but his sense of self worth is about as sturdy as a fucking sheet cake you could listen to him talk about how smart he was for ten minutes and then insult him once and hed cry
