Feel Bad For✨

1. Setting boundaries/saying no 🙅🏾‍♀️

-People have tried to guilt trip me and make me feel bad for not wanting to do something, but I no longer feel that way.

2. Speaking up for my self/communicating my feelings 🗣️

-I allowed people for making me feel bad for speaking up about something I didn’t like because of their reaction, but I now realize that their reaction is not my responsibility

3. Not wanting to be friends with someone/inviting them somewhere 👯‍♀️

-I’m not for everyone and everybody doesn’t have to be friends. It’s 👏🏾 o👏🏾kay👏🏾

4. Not caring about what other people think of me

-It’s simply none of my business 😎

5. Cutting off toxic people in my life ✂️

-I will no longer allow another human being to drain me. Don’t care who it is 💯

6. Being an introvert 😶

-I don’t have to be talkative just because someone wants me to. It’s good to be quiet sometimes

7. Living my life for God ✝️

-I can’t live to please people, I gotta live to please God. Only His thoughts of me matter

8. Not sharing everything with people I’m close to 🚫

-They don’t tell me everything so I don’t have to share everything either

9. Not wanting to go somewhere 🏠

-Sometimes I just don’t feel like going 🤷🏾‍♀️

10. Needing time to myself 🧖🏾‍♀️

-Can’t pour from an empty cup if I’m not filled up ❤️
