Has anyone read that one comic about where kacchan is a pro and deku is quirkless and in high school, like I remember he blows up kacchans hands with todoroki as a prank and he starts planting with Mina when kacchan gets home with kirishima, and then kacchan picks him up from school cause he had a feeling he was about to do something he shouldn’t. I can’t for the life of me remember who was drawing it and if it was continued or ended 😢 help 🙏
I’m not gonna lie, I thought u would have had todoroki be a witness to them kissing and then the whole thing turn awkward and bakugo explode 😂😂 but that ending of the cookies being spicy was great😂😂💀💀 i feel like whenever i read anything, if it makes me feel second hand embarrassment then i know its good, but man does it hurt😭😭😭

Izuku decides to spend his Saturday baking cookies, and even though Katsuki is supposed to be studying, the nerd is so helpless when it comes to cooking, he feels like he has to help.

Katsuki’s feet crunched over the inch of snow covering the school grounds as he made his way back to the dorms from the gym, having spent his Saturday morning as he always did, with a workout. As he got closer to the dorms, he saw that a lot of people were outside enjoying the first snow of the winter. A few of the girls were making a snowman, though it was kinda small since there wasn’t much snow. Someone had tried making snow angels, but they’d just turned muddy, so now a group of boys were running around throwing snowballs at each other.
“Bakugou! There you are! Join in!” Kirishima called out when he saw him, but Katsuki just rolled his eyes.
“I’m not wasting my time with your stupid games,” he yelled back, and before Kirishima could respond, he got double whapped by two snowballs from Kaminari and Sero, and instantly got back in the game. Katsuki chuckled, watching them play, but soon enough the cold was enough to have him shuffling inside: he’d dressed for a short walk to and from the gym, not staying outside for long.
When he got inside the dorms, he was momentarily surprised to see how empty the common room was. There was no one there, so most of the lights were off, the only glow coming from the kitchen where he heard some noises of activity. Of course, it made sense considering three quarters of the class was outside, but it still felt eerie to see. Katsuki let his shoulders shiver just once, and then made for the elevator.
He was about to push the button, when he heard a yelp from the kitchen, followed by a series of increasingly panicked oh no’s, until finally the person was calling out for help.
“Um! Help! Is anyone there?”
It was Izuku, because of fucking course it was.

I’m hooked
I’m only 3 followers from 500, and since it’s the Holidays, I figured why not post this little teaser for a oneshot I’m working on about the Baku Rescue Squad :3
It was late, way past curfew, but Katsuki had been jerked awake by thoughts of amber lights and the smell of sickly sweet alcohol, and so he found himself quietly making his way to the kitchen at three am on a school night.
The hall was dark when Katsuki cracked his door open. Carefully peering around the corner, he made sure none of his classmates were around before fully leaving his room. The floor creaked slightly under his weight, and he cursed softly, pausing to listen for any sounds from nosy students. After a tense ten seconds, Katsuki let go of the breath he’d been holding and continued down the hall, doing his best to avoid any more creaking floorboards.
The stairwell was impossibly dark, but turning on a light was just begging for confrontation, so Katsuki gripped the bannister tightly and let his sock clad feet glide carefully down each step. When he finally reached the bottom floor he let his fists uncurl, tension bleeding from his shoulders.
Ahead of him, the soft glow of the full moon illuminated the kitchen in pale shadows and streaks of light. He padded over quietly, grabbing a clean glass from the cabinet to fill with water. He had just reached for the tap when a muffled shuffling sound cut through the silence.
Katsuki’s heart jumped to his throat, and he only had half the presence of mind to be mad about that before a figure started to emerge from the darkness.
He hurled his glass straight at the shadow’s head, scowling as a familiar voice cried out in surprise when it shattered against the wall.
“What the fuck are you doing, Deku?” Katsuki snarled as Izuku sheepishly stepped into the moonlit kitchen. “Goddamn creep, hanging out in the dark like that.”
“Sorry, Kacchan!” Izuku bowed his head, voice way too earnest for this time of night. “I was in the common room and I heard someone come downstairs and, well, I guess that was you, huh?”
“No shit,” Katsuki rolled his eyes, bumping his shoulder into Izuku’s when he passed him. He flicked on the overhead light and grimaced at the glass shards that littered the ground.
“I didn’t mean to scare you,” Izuku continued, and the open honesty made Katsuki’s skin crawl.
“You didn’t fucking scare me.”
Izuku didn’t say anything, and when Katsuki glanced over his shoulder he found the other boy’s eyes trained on the mess by his feet. When he looked up, his face was guilty, but he didn’t call out Katsuki’s lie.
“Either way, sorry.”
“Whatever,” Katsuki grunted, avoiding the shards as he went to grab a broom.
“Oh, let me help with that!” Izuku stumbled forward. “It’s my fault, afterall.”
Katsuki ignored him as he began to sweep up the glass, purposefully turning his back to him.
“Really, it’s no problem at all, I don’t mind–”
“You saying I can’t handle cleaning up one small mess?” Katsuki cut Izuku off. He didn’t even have to see him to know the nerd was rapidly shaking his head, hands waving dumbly in front of him.
“No, no, not at all! Of course you can handle it,” he clarified quickly. “I just feel bad…”
“Did you throw the glass?”
“Well, no, but –”
“Did you purposefully try to startle me?”
“Of course not!”
“Then shut the fuck up and let me clean my own goddamn mess up.”
The declaration hung heavy in the air, and Katsuki felt his pulse trip again. There was absolutely no way Izuku wouldn’t pick up on the weighted meaning behind those simple words; not after the short two weeks it had been since he’d bared his fucking soul to him.
“Kacchan I –”
“No, shut up,” Katsuki said sharply. “We’re not doing this.”
“I need to say this,” Izuku tried to start again. Katsuki spun around, flipping the broom so he could poke Izuku’s chest with the blunt handle.
“You really fucking don’t,” he grimaced, punctuating each word against Izuku’s chest with the broom. “In fact, what you should do is leave me the fuck alone.”
“No,” Izuku said firmly, finally slapping the broom away. “No, I need to say this because I didn’t back then and I should have.”
There would be no winning here, so Katsuki regarded him evenly, bringing the broom back by his side to rest against. They stared at each other for a moment, Izuku’s eyes big and earnest and sparking with determination under the fluorescent lights.

Listen please God hear me out, everyone always says that deku can't handle spicy food but bro because of bakugou I feel like he'd have such a high spice tolerance! headcanon that deku starts learning languages in his free time when he realises there’s a possibility he has to take on missions overseas; and so he starts off with korean due to the similarities in vocabulary and its alphabetical writing system (which makes it slightly easier to learn).
then he starts calling bakugou by the korean version of his nickname 캇짱 (kat-jjang) because it’s too cute how ‘jjang’ means amazing and that’s exactly what his kacchan is~

Is everyone forgetting, Cas is a being, not really female or male, cause that’s his “meat suit”
Also, Dean, bc not the actor, always looks mad, and he definitely didn’t have enough time talking to Cas to be able to experience his feeling. Someone else said that it’s understandable he’s mad because Cas is confessing before he’s taken, but it’s not like he’s just mad after that, seeing as he starts to cry, aka he’s also sad. At least in my opinion.
I’m definitely confused with the “homophobic” thing/idea, can someone explain it to me, cause I don’t get how dean, a character making a facial expression, makes Jensen homophobic.

I’d just like to point out, cause I feel like I haven’t seen anyone say it yet, but I noticed Bakugo always involves himself with everything to do with Midoriya. Like even when he “hated” him. Like if Deku is there, he’s listening, like if you’ve seen hero rising and when todoroki told Midoriya about his family situation in the beginning, in each of them there is a point where Bakugo listens in on the conversation Midoriya is having with other people from a distance, like dude why are u listening in like a stalker? Jkjkjk

Idk if u read the manga, so I won’t mention it in detail but in my opinion, he does evolve. But his evolution isn’t so much surface level, it’s more like with his mentality. Bakugo feeling guilty about all might and seeing how Midoriya cried after the fight I think triggered him to think about the both of them. So their fight, as Bakugo says is about how he wants to see what all might sees in Midoriya. The fight they had is only the start of his realization, that what he thought Deku was like, wasn’t true. He painted Deku out to be a certain way in his head, so the fight made him realize the picture he painted wasn’t right. Him brushing off all might and still being a grump as u said is because he isn’t a character made to be seen at first as someone who ever feels down (idk if I said that’s right), he doesn’t like pity and like I mean a lot of people really don’t. I mean if you think about it grump is him, take that away and he isn’t really himself anymore. It’d be kinda weird to suddenly be so much nicer, and I mean people don’t change that quickly. Also, habits die hard, if anything maybe in the future he’ll mellow out. Character development in my hero academia is slow, but like if you read manga to where it is now and go back to see, you’ll see the development, how they’ve changed, their dynamic, and what they are for one another.
Okay, sorry if this was long, this was my own opinion, I respect yours so I hope you can respect mine too :)
another thing that irks me about my hero academia is that the character development is barely even there. like Backugo doesn’t even evolve after that fight scene with Midoriya where his real feelings of guilt about All Might were openly acknowledged and expressed. I loved that moment when All Might just draws him in for a hug and says it’s not his fault, Backugo is openly weeping and clutches All Might’s chest but then brushes him off and it’s like !! Backugo’s still wrestling with repression and patriarchy but he’s gonna make it, and then... nothing changes! he goes back to being the same insufferable grump he was before, with the same brusqueness towards Deku and everyone, no greater ability to communicate feelings, no greater sense of empathy, no greater range of expression... all the scene did was make his rivalry with Midoriya “official.” well wtf was the point of that!
Okay, so like Ik he isn’t fully shown in recent chapter, but i deadass hope that Aizawa wakes up and cancels those tendrils. Also, I’m triggered with the whole “rising” thing bc I’m just getting heroes rising flashbacks, but if I remember correctly it’s not cannon. Anyways, I’m not okay.

let’s talk about chapter 285
okay so everyone on twitter is going batshit because of the ch 285 leaks. admittedly i was too for awhile lmao. anyways, there is no way that bakugou is actually dead. before i get into the actual logistics of it, let’s think about his character for a second.
his character has so much more left to offer. bakugou is a main character whose story is defintely not over yet. we just saw the beginning of his major character development only last chapter. and him taking the blow for deku is defintely a major turning point for him as well. i don’t think that horikoshi would give bakugou a whole chapter dedicated to showing his development just to kill him off the next chapter. it would have been redundant. and as i saw user on twitter say, the chapter is called “bakugou katsuki: rising” RISING. this is him “rising” to becoming a true hero. he ran into the fight between deku and shigaraki without thinking, just like deku did in episode one, and warranted all might to claim he has the spirit of a hero. all in all, it would have been really shitty if horikoshi has killed katsuki off RIGHT when he started becoming a better hero & person.
now let’s discuss the concrete proof. the tendrils that pierced through his body were the same ones that afo pierced kurogiri with before his fight with all might. the tendrils are a quirk he obtained which will allow the user to take control of the quirk of the person they pierce with it. and said person suffers no injuries, so along with not being dead, bakugou isn’t even injured. with that being said, however, not everything is sunshine and rainbows now. shigaraki now has control of bakugou’s quirk; which means one thing:
deku is gonna have to fight him.
which may arguably be worse. you decide.
all in all, bakugou isn’t going anywhere anytime soon (hopefully. if something does happen you can blame me for jinxing it). i’m personally super excited to see his character after all the intensity dies down. UGH THE WAY I’M GONNA SIMP EVEN HARDER FOR HIM. anyways. i hope this clear stuff up for some of you and you feel better now. bakubitch is fine.
