as you may or may not know, my family is going through a really difficult time right now. their house hasn't had heat or running water since january, and considering their financial situation, it isn't feasible for them to afford to fix such expensive damage on their own.

a gofundme has been made, and it's more than halfway to the goal (!!!) but they're still a ways off and every day it gets closer and closer to the first snow of the year.
