Why is this making me tear up

This minecraft short comic called "A strange Coast" made by Ian Flynn I believe, I found in a book from my library I work has to be one of the most beautiful and respectful takes on the game.

It understands minecraft so perfectly and doesn't treat it as childishly as the other stories in it did.

And all that within 10 pages and no word spoken.

I was thinking about cotl so I had to doodle down my own lamb.

I couldnt stop thinking about the fact fleece the lamb wears just kinda spawns on you when you're first resurrected so I thought it would be cool if the fleece was made from the blood running down their neck and back being turned into hardened ichor as they become a vessel of a god

(I also like thinking some of their wool got cut off when their head was chopped off)
