What scientific evidence is there for God?

This could be a very broad answer to cover all possible answers being sought out.  Apart from that there is more than scientific evidence… There is historical, scientific, philosophical, moral and so on. Many apologetic are available with divers categories. It often goes hand in hand for the reasons for following Christianity.

Overview.

Scientific Evidence.

I have started a blog (click the word) where I put some evidences for God. In the blog there may be a lot of unrelated things so just search “#science” or “#biology” or “#physics”. I am collecting interesting things I find over time.

Some recommend apologists.

Miracles.

One issue is that things like the supernatural and miracles are not scientific by it’s very definition. Had it been natural or scientific it wouldn’t be considered “supernatural”.I don’t usually post catholic content but they have a nice archive of apologetic. There are many books on the topic some with written by Drs. Catholics can be saved but it depends if they follow the true gospel or not (many do not). I have seen many answered prayers so feel free to ask about it.

Seeking God.

I am going to assume you reached out because you want personal evidence (not just scientific). You want God to be more of a reality than some hypothetical scientific theory or some character in the great book of the bible. I bet you’re tired of knowing someone who knows God. The good news is there is a way to know God personally through Jesus Christ.

The best way to seek God is to… take a leap of faith (which isn’t exactly faith) and being affirmed by the Holy Spirit.

This method involves “taking God at his words and testing him by doing as he said”. You can see if God’s promises are true by doing as he said and seeing if he responds as promised. By leap of faith I mean taking a risk by testing God. Not testing him with just anything but at his own word.

What does God say?

Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal things, but the glory of kings is to search things out.

James 4:6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

He says: Seek God, pray, humble yourself and repent. Muster up as much trust as you can. Cling to the gospel of the cross and atonement of sins through the slain lamb. Christ is the key to approaching in prayer. Then wait for a response.

Christ died for you and he died to reunite you with God the Father. He promises not to forsake anyone who comes in the way he mapped out as directions.

John 6:37 All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out.
