In my opinion, Albert Wesker would have several facets as a father:

He loves his children very much and pampers them with wealth and gifts.

He’s authoritarian and strict, he received a very difficult education from Umbrella in his childhood, and even if he’s not terrible as a dad, he has high expectations concerning his child or children. They will have to work hard with science and combat to make him proud. He’s making heirs after all!

“Dad, I’m tired…”

“Tired, not exhausted. Keep working hard. How do you think you can survive if you’re not able to get up faster? Our enemies won’t be courteous!”

Unfortunately, he’s the kind of father who experiments on his children to understand their bodies, their system and how to improve them with viruses like he did to himself. It can lead to some little abuses, but when he realizes this, he stops immediately.

The kind of father who makes sure his kids don't go to regular school, but are home-schooled by the best teacher, before they go to the best universities.

He helps them in all the steps of their lives and listens to them, ready to do anything for them... And it can be a little too extreme. For example, if a boy humiliates his daughter, he may well be using him as a guinea pig.

“What did you say? Cheating on you? Where does he live?”

“No, just don’t…”

“I will find out. It’s just a matter of time. He will look good as a tyrant, more muscular than he ever dreamed of.”

He pays for all the activities he wants. On the other hand, they have to become virologists, because he expects a serious and talented succession.

The kind of father who never forgets any important day for his children, he is always there for them: first day of school, sports competitions, etc.

For Jake: it would have been the same, if he had known he got a woman pregnant. But now, since his son works for the American government, he doesn’t talk to him. Maybe on rare occasions, behind the back of the government, to answer his question… And to manipulate him. Since Jake looks like him physically and mentally, he would be happy that his older child joins the whole Wesker clan.
