Deep down, he must've known none of it was real. The weather always clear, the sun pleasantly warm, the breeze fresh against his skin. His memories blurred at the edges. At times, light seemed to come from everywhere and nowhere. The people were nothing but kind and accepting. Maybe he dreamt it because it was what he needed, maybe because it was what he most desired. The reason didn't matter, because, verily, it be the nature of dreams to end. Yet he would still pray every night to the goddesses, holding onto the frail threads of his tattered faith. "If this really is all a dream... Then, please, let it last a little longer."

Linktober Day 3, Friend/Helper/Companion

I have never actually tried to animate something so this was a fun challenge. Is it good? No idea. It was some great lighting practice and the final product is really funny to me, so it was definitely worth the effort.
