After Sesshoumaru let Kagome ride on MokoMoko inside Naraku's body do you think she went back to riding on Inuyasha's back and was a little disappointed. Wheres the soft fluffy.

The fact that in the anime Sesshomaru going berserk because of Moryomaru's words of contempt for Kagura and the centrality of that moment for his growth are so shamefully undermined by the placement of this scene in the wrong point of the storyline simply is infuriating 😤🤬

Fuuuuuck now I'm reading about the Inuyasha chapter where Kagura dies and TWENTY YEARS LATER I am in tears again.

Very specific Inukag type of angst I wish I found more in fics because it just hits different: Kagome slowly becoming indifferent to the love triangle drama and Inuyasha getting heart broken because he realizes he's losing her.

And these words are said by people who DID READ the manga and more than once and EVEN have daily arguments against pro-inukik.

(At this point I have much more respect for people who genuinely ship inukik without having read the manga or just bc they want their au with a happy Kikyo than for who basically is... A bigot, I presume? For if you think that true love is when you fall in love for one person in all your entire life... Which other word should I use to describe you?).

I swear to God never in my life I felt the need to gatekeep my fav characters, actually I've always hated people acting as if they owned a certain piece of media and no one in the world apart from them were entitled to talk about it but being in Inuyasha fandom I truly drastically changed my mind 😮‍💨😤🤬

And what is worst is that I don't like AT ALL to be this kind of person, but when everyone around you (referred principally to the Italian fanbase on fb) seems not to get the simplest things 🤯 and have this passive-aggressive behaviour your biggest wish just is to kick some ass.

And not only about the whole Kagome-Inuyasha-Kikyo thing, it's EVERYTHING 😭

Some example:

Inuyasha wasn't worthy of Tetsusaiga/ Inuyasha quite literally is nothing without Tetsusaiga/ if not for Sesshomaru, Inuyasha would never have been able to get Tetsusaiga in the first place/ the thing with Inuyasha is that as the main character he's meant to lead the show but let's face the facts he would never stand a chance against Sesshomaru.

So depressing. Really.

500+ manga chapters. 190+ anime episodes. And still all you can put together is that "A beat-up clunker will never be a Ferrari".
