There are no further requirements around participating, reblogging or retweeting, writing, sharing, making art, streaming, buying merch, commenting, theorizing, attending events, organizing events, or any other kinds of activities.

Some people enjoy doing those things. Other people don't want to do those things. Both kinds of people are "real fans." They just express their fandom in different ways. Being a fan isn't a job and it isn't a class. You're not going to get fired and you're not going to fail.

Don't let someone else pressure or guilt you into doing something because otherwise you aren't a "true fan." You know how you feel. That feeling is enough.
