Mystic Messenger EZ GUIDE

REBLOG TO SAVE A LIFE OR SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE OF EXPLAINING MECHANICS TO NEW PLAYERS 100 times.

1. Start game at Midnight (12:00AM). This game has 11 days and follows real time.

2. Choose a person to target. Character specific routes start at Day 5. and follow the amazing guide here, it has EVERYTHING: http://dorchii.tumblr.com/mysticmessengerguide 

Recommended route: Zen > Yoosung > Jaehee > Jumin > 707

I highly urge this order, even if 707 is tempting (yes, I know). Each route adds to the layer of mystery behind RFA and Rika. Each route seems to have an “opposer” and “supporter” which might change how you view a character. 

****Jumin and 707 are in Deep Route only and must be purchased with 80 hourglasses.****

3. If you know you’re going to have a busy day/unable to answer chats, just save on your “Progress Save” and load the game close to when you saved (e.g. Load at 12:30 when you saved at 12:40).

4. You do NOT have to participate in all chats. Check the guide/schedule to see if the chat is worth participating/spending hourglass if you missed it. 

5. You have a window of when the next chatroom starts to participate in the chat for free (e.g. 3AM chats can be answered anytime before the 8:30AM chat begins) so please don’t wake up in the middle of the night;;;

6. Missed chats can be purchased with 5 hourglasses. You can buy the first 4 or so days IN FULL each with 20 hourglasses, and from 5-8ish is 30 hourglasses, and the last few days are 50 hourglasses. Spend hourglasses wisely!

7. Be sure to keep headphones handy in public because characters usually call right after you answer a chat. You can always relisten to the voices later!

8. Be…emotionally prepared. Some routes can get emotionally intense , but here we are. Crying over 2D characters.

Some other tips:

1. Make sure to keep 1 save for “Progress Save” (so a sudden update/phone restart doesn’t lose your cache), and 3 saves for the 3 Bad End options. (usually only one Bad End gives a CG, but some are worth getting even without CG). 

The game comes with 4 free save slots and more can be purchased with 50 HG.

2. There is also Normal End which gives CG, but that entails not inviting any guests to party/failing their e-mails but following guidelines for Good End. This might be possible if you load your file on the first save.

3. GET HOURGLASSES: Trade in 100 hearts for 1 hourglass. After completing game, click guests to earn hourglasses for each new guest you invited.

4. Language can be changed anytime in settings. If you are proficient in Korean I highly recommend playing the game in the original language!

Hi! I'm really into Love Story: Magical Princess and your guides have really helped me a lot! Not sure if you still update the endings but I ran into something interesting today. So I was playing the boy version and got Ying Yang Master even without matching the needed stats. My goal was Al's ending so I took combat 30-40 times (which was a mistake 'cause that'd lead me to Martial Arts ending), took wizardry 25-29 times (until mana 300+), dancing 25-29 times (until charisma 500+) .. *continued*
