Some Of The Things That Make Me Feel Tiny
Some of the things that make me feel tiny ☁️ ✨
- fuzzy/cute socks (bonus points if they match my outfit)
- slobbering on things lol e.g while eating a carrot, or on a teether
- pacis (I surprisingly find I feel tinier using ones I’ve bought from supermarkets)
- pretending someone is looking after me/fictional cg
- blankies. Sniffing ‘em, cuddling ‘em, sitting on ‘em
- curling up my fingies/having my hands in lil fists
- pyjamas especially baggy onesies
- swinging my feet (bonus points if I can’t reach the ground)
- chewing my lower lip
- warm miwk (milk)
What makes you feel tiny?? 🍼

- Just use shampoo in the shower or a 2 in 1 product
- When you have energy cut up a bunch of veggies and store in the fridge to snack on when you’re out of huff and puff (storing veggies in water will prevent when from going limp sooner)
- Braiding your hair will help protect it if you have no energy to brush/clean/look after it for a while
- Tummy time: play, write, read, just relax
- Listen to a guided meditation (there’s a lot out there that have positive affirmations in them) this can help look after your mind and restore some energy
- Take vitamins to help bring up energy levels (people are typically low in vitamins D, B12, and iron) - I have prescription iron and vitamin D from my doctor :)
- Go to bed early rather than take naps if you can
- Create a nest: have all the things you plan on doing around you e.g bottle of water, snacks, blankets, devices, homework, drawing supplies etc. So you don’t have to get up and down a lot.
- Write down things you’re grateful for and highlights of your day
- Bring a soft toy with you while doing tasks. Talk to them, make the task into a game, it may give you some motivation to have a lil friend
- If you’re having a pyjama day I recommend wearing fresh pyjamas and underwear. It just makes one feel cleaner and better I find.
- Make sure you have time for free time. Most important part of self care is to do the things we like
I hope this helps a little bit :)
Does anyone have self-care tips for low energy littles?
It would be greatly appreciated 💕
I just tried the limited edition Oreo Coca-Cola flavour and OMG SO YUM! Idk how they did it but it definitely tastes like Oreos! New favourite flavour for sure. Very sad it’s limited edition though.
If you find it I recommend you try it!
Historically I haven’t liked Squishmallows but now they’re warming up on me. I really don’t need any more toys but I impulse bought this pretty kitty. ✨💫🌕

Her name on the tag is Metta, but I don’t like that much, so I’ll either come up with a new name or she’ll be nameless like many of my other soft toys. ✨💫🌕
The moon and stars on her bottom left reminds me of a cutie mark from My Little Pony.
Do you like squishmallows? If so, what’s your favourite one?
I do like the boba tea ones.
Been going through Procreate and finishing drawings I started last year (or even older).
Finished this! Idk what to do for the background so for now it’s peachy coloured. I used references but none of it is traced! Vewy pwoud o’ meself (very proud of myself).

Please don’t steal me art. Would make me very upsetti spaghetti.

It means so much to me to read these kinds of things. I got so burnt out when dealing with really bratty littles in the past (ngl I think some of them were actually just toxic but that's a story for another day). I just wanna encourage healthy habits and boost them up when they show me things (like colouring pages, new soft toys, cooking their own food, making the bed etc). I just wanna have them comfy sleepy vibes with a smol one and explore my childish side too :}
Soft caregivers matter too!
As a caregiver I think it’s okay not to be so tough or strong. Sometimes you just want to be a soft one and thats okay!!! Interacting with your little softly is not a bad thing and does not make you appear childish with them! I think it’s important to have that dynamic, it’s not all about strictness and rules.
Don’t think you’re not doing enough or being how you should be, its really up to you and your little one!
