so there’s a bit in Crestwood where if you’ve got Blackwall along he looks out over the lake and says “If the rift is in the lake, does that mean water is pouring into the Fade right now?”

and all i can think of is the entire party stopping, and the mages kind of turn and open their mouths to answer and then freeze because they don’t fucking know, how do we not know that???

and then the next rift they come across everybody has to stop for a minute and try chucking things through just to see what happens
