A bit more in detail response below (no drawings though sorry lol)
The mm3 robot masters are the least volatile towards on another compared to the mm1 and mm2 robot masters. Unlike with the mm1 robot masters (in my headcannon) being like family to eachother, the mm3 feel like coworkers, or even friends. With the mm2, they don't get along because they were not made to: because Wily made them for destroying megaman, they don't feel the need to get along. Mm1 fight sometimes because siblings fight (and it's really funny), of course they do.
The mm3 have some clashing personalities or ideas, but they are pretty understanding of eachother- or at least Shadow man is. Of course there are still mm3 robot masters that refuse to be in the same room, like snake and gemini.
