Finally somebody pointed this out, People would always say that Wilbur was the greatest president in the smp history but he didn't do much, didn't really take the people's suggestions in embettering the country but only in his own self, wasn't that open minded too unlike tubbo that actually made l'manberg better than before.

Fun Fact that Wilbur Soot said about the RP is that if Pog2020 won, Wilbur would go on progressingly neglecting his duties as president, corrupted, and the people of l'manberg ends up revolting against wilbur and killed in the process.

Wilbur is the only president to actively encourage an economy and have it be somewhat successful to be fair, the park/his drive to increase tourism, encouraging businesses, the stage plays, etc. I don't think it's unintentional that Ghostbur is the one that built up most of New L'manburg

Ghostbur is not Wilbur so you already lose that argument. Either way Tubbo is overseeing the rebuilding and beautification of an entire urban center, and is planning on expanding construction work to the other districts of the... federation (what is the political structure here?)

Wilbur sold drugs. That’s it. They literally reference this so many fucking times, it was the running joke. Everything he built he outsourced to Tommy, who spent all his time slapping cobblestone on the ground in the most lifeless efficient way possible or digging pointless tunnels for hundreds of miles. 

How is Wilbur the only president to encourage a successful economy? Do you think Schlatt was motivated to expand their territory out of spite? Do you think Tubbo keeps encouraging construction out of aesthetic pleasure? These are both ways to increase a country’s GDP, except Tubbo’s actively employs people. Tubbo also is creating a large honey export, which is more stable and taxable than drug producing cash crops. Purpled created a potato surplus, that’s more exports. They export lumber too, which is becoming a rare resource on the SMP as no one replants saplings. Like you’re just not paying attention to what President Tubbo is achieving. 

And it’s a testament that Ghostbur’s design philosophy is so much less ugly than Wilbur’s. Tubbo also not only got citizens like Fundy and Karl and even George to build houses inside the city, but they were encouraged to build beyond. Party Island became Party Park. Quackity created a floating island to increase tourism and sell Mexican food. Vikkstar and Lazar built a retirement community. All these places are still part of L’Manburg even if they nominally claim independence. All of them increase taxes. 

Anyway none of this is real or really matters, but your arguments aren’t even that sound. Or they ignore a lot of the finer points, the read between the lines stuff that imply you don’t know a lot about the real world.
