Having an urge to make a comic of Tommy during a building lesson with Grian (in break time) curiously asks Xisuma who was watching them why he isn't allowed to compete mini games and challenges yet, and Xisuma explains to him gently that he is still new after all (Tommy said to him bluntly that he knows that his skills aren't hermit level being the major reason why and Xisuma just sighed and nodded in shame, but supported him to learn and train good).

After the Building Lesson was over and Tommy went home. Grian strikes up a conversation with Xisuma afterwards and asks Xisuma why he lets Tommy stay in the server though it's against the server rules whom Xisuma created jokingly, Xisuma got a little ache in the heart and confessed personally why.

There was a time in Minecraft when crime, wars, abuse and cheating was the norm among players, and Xisuma was one of those people in one of those days of breaking hellscape when he was a kid. One of the aspiring reasons he made hermitcraft. Tommy to Xisuma's eyes are like seeing his young self again, a wounded animal, saying that if he ever did sent him back to the hell of a server, he wouldn't forgive himself with fingers crossed.

Also pointing out that he isn't the only person the server that went through those old times during their youth. Grian just nodded and smiled at him, pretty proud of his decision, plus having the kid around doesn't break the entire server anyways, ain't like some kind a popbob that came in to reek absolute havoc.

"I just don't want to see another kid get..." Xisuma shortly went silently, scrambling for a word to finish that sentence but Grian patted his back gently, glancing up to the helmeted man "I know Xisuma, We know".

THANK YOU FOR EXPLAINING THIS CUZ I CAN’T PUT IT IN WORDS FOR A MONTH NOW- 

My parents aren’t too much bad parents but I do recognize my parent’s flaws like a lot and whenever I try to express and explain my problem, they wouldn’t see as something too serious even though it is (Like my Mental Health, How I treat other people etc...) and water it down saying that I’ll get over it, I’ll understand it someday and leaving nothing to say but tears. I found Phil like three months ago and a latched onto him already because, man, parental needs and validation to be pop’in me (Idkebuev anyways-) 

And when C!Philza just did that, I felt like instead of comfort, I saw through Ghostbur’s eyes like I heard those same words before, I felt that pain before....I’ve been there before . 

I wasn’t able to even finish the full stream after that part which I soon did the next two days because I’m still shook’th man even to this day.

 I latched onto C!Philza thinking that he isn’t the same as many parental/adult figures that failed to recognize me and raised me when needed them the most however, yeah, anybody can be capable of turning around and do those things whom we never wanted to see from a person who we looked up to as a comfort space.

i've got a little theory.

i think the people who are most horrified by c!phil's actions are the ones with toxic parents irl who latched onto phil as an escape.

i was so upset about what happened on doomsday i felt sick, but then i asked myself: why? why did this affect me?

and i realized, it's because i live a life in which my parents destroying my belongings or connections to other people is a very real threat. i enjoy phil's "dad vibes" because i can say; "he's a better dad, of course he'd never hurt me the way i've been hurt."

and then we watched him turn around and prove he actually can do those things, all while brushing off complaints with a "you'll understand someday". (a REAL EXCUSE parents use). we weren't just betrayed on tommy and wilbur's behalf, but it scared us as well.

that's just a theory, though, feel free to add onto it.
