i got into gorillaz after i got into regular show but i always tend to mix my interests so all of this art was born. i’m so glad people enjoy it!

i used to watch regular show a lot when i was younger and it was first airing, but gorillaz is honestly a new thing for me (i only got into them in december of 2022, i am a VERY recent fan)

so i saw someone come up with a plastic beach au and i loved it so like my apologies but i wanted to continue it

only reason i could think of why 2d would desperately search for murdoc would be because he’s the one presumed dead instead of noodle, so he’s trying to clear his name

otherwise he’d stay the fuck away from murdoc LMFAO

god, phase 1: celebrity takedown of regular show was such a different vibe wasnt it

the thing with this reboot is that the regular show timeline is completed. so there are only so many options on what can be done.

25 years later already exists in comic form so i think that’s already a scrapped idea cause those things could clash,

maybe in depth backstories? like yes i want to see benson in hair to the throne and mordecai in art college gimme all of that 🤌🤌🤌

or just some off-screen adventures set between canon episodes. like some stuff set during season 1, then other stuff during season 2, then more during season 3 and so on. it’d just help with further exploring dynamics n shit as characters developed. also my guilty pleasure is the dynamics that characters had in seasons 2-3 when they weren’t fully friends hahahah

or entirely new characters are introduced… idk i just feel like this wouldn’t work. like i said, timeline is finished. you can’t just introduce wholeass new characters. unless it’s the ones shown in the finale as the new employees? i wouldn’t mind some stuff with them tbh.

but who knows! i’m kinda excited. i hope jg has this handled.
