Bro I finished my first DnD session earlier and tell me why my first two rolls were a nat 1 and a 2 😭

My friend who's the DM just told all of us to roll a d20 at the start of the game and I GOT A NAT 1

So now I can't understand sign language since one of the other player characters is mute :,)

The second roll was to flirt with one of the other player characters... 💀 we all laughed abt it after but my poor character LOL
