Former famous celebrity originating from a (now abandoned) music dark world. With Prince as his higher up, he forces Mike to brainwash the residents of the city by whatever he pleases by spreading propaganda with Mike's music.

He and his friend from the video game side of the city were once given a strange artifact by a strange... person... thing...? however, Mike was not too concerned with it. His friend, however, she was obsessed with it and never they saw each other again.
