I cosplayed as Crowley from Good Omens recently, and I used cosplay contacts. Here’s a pic! Once I find good pictures of my outfit, I’ll post them too.

I was doing the outfit from the first episode of the TV show, where he has shoulder-length hair. Unfortunately, my hair grew like 3 inches between me choosing to cosplay it and me actually cosplaying it, and I didn’t notice in time to get a haircut. :p

Anyone know where I can get a Good Omens Crowley jacket for a cosplay? That’s not a hundred-something dollars?

So, I’m putting together a cosplay for Crowley from Good Omens! I’ve found all the pieces I need, EXCEPT for the jacket. I’m going the version of Crowley that has slightly longer hair, and wore vintage clothing (‘cept it wasn’t vintage at the time). I’ve found a waistcoat, contact lenses, sunglasses, jeans, belt, and am making the scarf. But I really can’t find something close to the jacket. There’s a really expensive replica online, over a hundred something dollars, so there’s no chance I can get that. Does anyone— ANYONE know where I can get something similar enough to his jacket for not a huge amount of money?

To be honest, when Glint said that it felt like he was talking to me as well, and I almost cried. This year was my first dawning, and to hear someone say something like that in such an affectionate voice while I was already really immersed and emotional over Crow’s nest was just... amazing.

You should write them down! If there are any about destiny, I’d love to read them. I used to not write them down too, but then I realized that writing them down makes you remember them, and then you have a big library of cool things to think or read about when you’re bored. :)

Just some cool scenarios

So I like to think about scenarios and things. You know, moving characters around, putting them into interesting situations, then mentally watching it play out. I have a heck ton on destiny, cause one of my favorite things to do is throw people somewhere they’re not supposed to be. Such as, perhaps, a guardian getting tossed through an experimental vex gate and ending up in our world. 

Them sort of watching Earth from a distance, freaking out all the space exploration groups by leaving messages near the satellites like “hey this one was broken, I fixed it for you”. The NASA people going nuts over there being something out there messing with our tech. 

Another example of people where they’re not supposed to be would be a guardian getting sent back to when they were first revived, (other version of them ceases to exist). 

At first, the guardian doesn’t realize what happened. Think about them as they slowly realize their situation. Maybe they run into some other guardians, and do a double-take when someone mentions how Cayde-6 sold out the ramen shop last week. Maybe they are flying to the tower and get confused when they’re asked to identify themselves. Imagine them transmatting into the tower, and having a mental breakdown as they realize it’s not gone yet. Freaking out, running down to the room where the vanguard is. Them seeing Cayde-6 standing there, and proceeding to have an emotional breakdown. Imagine the guardian explaining to vanguard who they are and where they came from. Imagine.

If you like this kind of thing, let me know, ‘cause I have a ton of these written down along with some short chapters and things of one I’ve fleshed out a bit more. This is legit how I entertain myself, I have a lot of these.

My last Halloween costume. These are pictures from a few days before Halloween, and I added some stuff the day of. Sadly tho my friend hasn’t given me those pictures yet so these are all I’ve got.

Is it just me or do these look like the darkness triangles. Idk I had to take a picture.

I’ve noticed this too, but I think it’s mostly if the internet and how in person adults tend to act exaggeratedly more or less mature around kids. And when I was tiny I’d notice how they were all pretending to be silly around us so when they had to stop and act like responsible people I assumed that was their default state, as they were no longer being goofy for my benefit. But as you grow older the adults around you don’t have to keep an eye on you as much so they act more like themselves.

The older you grow up as kids, the less mature adults seem to be.

Are you telling me there are more toothpaste flavors besides mint and berry???

I didn't know bucket toothpaste was only a thing here!

Lolll we did this during Hawkmoon too!

Crows and wolves often hunt together. The crows being able to scout for prey, then leading a wolf pack to it. The wolves secure the kill, “butcher” it, and the crows get to pick the bones (which is all they need after the wolves are done with the bulk of the animal).

So we have this situation: Crows above, scouting. Wolves below, doing the violence.

Now consider your average Wrathborn Hunt: We, the Young Wolf, go and hunt down a Wrathborn, tracking it through the wilderness, after being pointed in it’s direction by Crow, who follows us out of sight while we hunt the thing down.

It’s the same dynamic: Crow above as a scout, Wolf below as a hunter.

Just a sketch I made of Crow. I think he’s really sweet.

Idk if I’ll finish it. If people like it enough, I might finish and ink it.

EDIT: So I did this without a reference, and I went to go check in-game and I made an error on his shorter gauntlet. the scales need to be larger and facing the other way. All the scales need to be larger actually. But I think I’ll fix it and finish the drawing. 

You ever had that thing happen when your reading a book, and someone says something to you, and a few seconds later you can't recall what it was? Like, you hear it and understand it. Then they walk off and a few moments later you have absolutely no idea what they said, and for the love of god you can’t recall it.
