my taste is weird- i can taste things, but only in very strong or odd flavors, causing my teammates to call me "evil" and "depraved" and "a threat to humanity, Kuga, I don't know how you can even *put* chocolate sauce on steak". but all of things i eat tase good, and i enjoy the flavors. most normal food tastes like plaster dust now lmao.

Yuma thinks that the early Demorican period is superior to modern expressionist murals, and he's so fucking wrong that i had to punch him.

(as an authorial aside: this comparison is somewhat comparable to, say, Italian Rococo-style (first through third pictures below) art (specifically, Yuma was talking about paintings, but the interior design is also applicable to the understanding of the aesthetic of the movement as a whole) versus expressionism (an artstyle that popped up a bit before World War One largely as a cultural reaction to the trauma of the war and a growing disillusionment with life- if you've read Marjane Satrapi's Persepolis, this is where a lot of the inspiration for her black-and-white art comes from).
