I posted something old yesterday, so now I'll start off the New Year with some new art! Here's a Homestuck-themed Christmas card I drew for my friend Maggie (who is a fantastic artist and person, and you should go look at her artblog right now because whoooa, super-talented drawing!), featuring everyone's favourite vibrantly-dressed aquatic-creature-nursing teenage alien monarch, Feferi Piexes! ...and also Eridan or wwhatevver. The thing about Homestuck is that it's the best. Also I need to finish reading Act 6 before the gigapause ends!

This new Mewtwo-like fellow is awesome, so here's some fanart! I wonder if it's a new forme or a separate but related Pokémon… if it's the latter, maybe it could be called Mewtagen? Mewnique? Mewnicity? The Emperor's Mew Groove? I should definitely be put in charge of coming up with Pokémon names, you guys.

Well, I heard back from IADT, and… I didn't get accepted. I don't yet know exactly why they turned me down, but it's either because my portfolio didn't meet the required standards or they simply don't have any places to offer. Apparently they'll be letting me know in detail quite soon, so hopefully I'll at least get some valuable feedback from it.

Now I really don't know what I'm going to do for the next year, all my plans hinged around getting admitted. I really wanted it, and I was so excited about the adventure of moving somewhere like Dublin. Oh goodness, I really haven't been posting enough arts. Apologies for the creative negligence! If my motivation had a butt it would want to get its butt in gear.
