I love my girlfriend. She’s so patient with me, she takes care of me, she listens to me and doesn’t get angry with me when I’m upset or whenever I have a bad day. She wants to learn and grow with me, she wants to take the time to fix any arguments or problems we have instead of running away from it. She’s gentle, she takes good care of me, treats me like a princess and makes me feel so genuinely loved. I say it a lot but I truly never thought I’d ever find a love this sweet.

butches are not exempt from needing affection/reassurance/love and as a femme, my favorite thing on earth is giving it to my partner. providing a safe and comfortable space for my butch to feel as vulnerable as they want to be is so important. everybody needs to be and feel taken care of regardless of their self expression and it frequently frustrates me how disregarded butches are here.

People with visible and severe, even deadly disabilities aren't automatically believed. Some severely and visibly disabled people die because doctors won't believe that they're really sick, accuse them of faking or exaggerating and deny them treatment.
