hi 💖 i rly wanna stan g idle but i know nothing abt them!! could u tell me a bit abt their personalities and fandom inside jokes and such?? thank u 💖

ahaham welcome welcome. It was hard for me to also know them cause i didn’t know anything about them but now there’s so much content kdfnkdf. Okay, for starters, on their vlive or on cube ent. channel, they have episodes of their show and the 9th episode came out 3 days ago.

I’m not sure if they have any inside jokes but they do make fun of Soojin’s part in LATATA. I think they all like her moves though djkfnfd. Um….there’s also the long running gag between Shuhua and Miyeon where shuhua refuses Miyeon’s affection each time. It’s pretty cute actually cause they now fight over who gets to have Soojin. Minnie is the biggest jokester there though.

Onto their personalities, (WARNING: this might be long). For Miyeon, I’d say she’s nothing like she looks. Her image since debut has been a classy, sophisticated lady but she’s just as much of a jokester like Minnie. She’s also the oldest but is the second fake maknae. She’s the Main Vocalist of the group. Her voice is no joke btw. She’s friends with members of fromis_9.

Minnie, is the second eldest and is the greatest jokester in Idle. She tends to bother Yuqi alot and jokes around with most of them. (she’s also gorgeous with no bangs) She has a baby voice and uses it alot and i guess she likes acting cute. She’s also the youngest in her family so it’s weird for her to be one of the eldest in g idle. She also modeled for a brand of cosmetics, and is friends with Lisa from BP and Sorn from sister group CLC. She also showed up in Pentagon Maker and is a fan favorite.

Soojin, is kind of like most performers right now in kpop. Her personality on stage and off are as similar to a dog and a squirrel. On stage, Soojin can literally flatten the entire of Korea with a look but off stage, you’d be lucky if she didn’t just keep quiet and stare at the camera. In short, she’s extremely shy. So much so that one of their vlive’s she barely talked and just sat there, nervously. (it was very cute). She’s grown alot and now she can talk more comfortably and even play with the members. You can see more on their shows. She’s the Lead Rapper, Vocalist and Main Dancer of the group. She was originally supposed to debut with another group but the got disbanded soon after. She took taekwondo classes and jazz classes like Yuqi.

Soyeon, is my absolute favorite. Out of all 6, she’s probably the one who acts like her age. (lol the maknae line is actually the fak hyung line) She’‘s rather serious and focuses alot on the things happening around her so she catches everything that happens. She’s also a fantastic dancer and composer, and a Leader, Main Rapper, Lead Dancer, Vocalist, Center (she composed LATATA and in IDOL ROOM Cube artist she danced freestyle to BBOOM BBOOM. She also wrote a song for Idol Room but Hui (pentagon) was chosen.) She’s also very cute and is different from  her sexy, daring image. (She’s such a fluff ball.) Oh! she’s also homeschooled and dreamed of being a ninja as a kid lmao. She’s a fan on anime (japanese cartoon) like Yuto from Pentagon. They both like One Piece.

Yuqi, is the nation’s favorite and I kid you not. The first time LATATA dropped, all eyes were on Soyeon and Yuqi, the girl with a deep voice that stunned everyone. As i said before, her voice is rather deep and smooth and sounds ungodly good on earphones. She’s part of the maknae line with Shuhua, and jokes around alot, kind of like Minnie. She was enrolled in a dance school prior to debut so she’s a great dancer with Soojin and Soyeon. She can also play traditional instruments (i made a gif of it and the video’s on dingo. it has a purple thumbnail with her holding the instrument.) She’s the lead vocalist and lead dancer. She can speak Korean, English and Chinese and is the second multilingual member with Minnie.

Shuhua is the maknae of the group and is the visual, and a vocalist. She’s pretty childish actually (not in a bad way.) She’s more playful than she looks and like i said has a gag with Miyeon where she refuses her love but gets annoyed when she becomes affectionate with someone else. She’s inspired by Hyuna and wanted to become an idol from watching people on tv. (Gidle also performed HyunA’s bubble’s pop at a CUBE Concert.) She cried alot during her trainee days cause she was alone like Yuqi and Minnie. She originally wanted to be an actress and is interested in acting.

Holy hell that’s long, but that’s my take on g idle. I’m pretty sure ive unpshyced you from them lmao but give them a try i promise you they’ll grow on you. plus they’re so talented it’s actually scary. thank you for asking me 💖💖💖💖💖💖

daily reminder that when minho had to rap to hellevator for the first time, jisung held his hand the whole time and was squeezing it at the right moments so minho could get the timing right. he did it without any questions asked because he knew how stressful it must be for minho. and minho never forgot about it, he probably thanked him right after and he did it again in his message to the members after being eliminated. he probably remembers it to this day. he probably had never been more grateful to anyone in his life than he was to jisung in that one moment. it seems like something small, but for minho it made a huge difference. i love how soft that is.
