I’m rendering that Octavian drawing because I thought it was silly enough to do so,

And I’m actually going to try to render something for once!! Anyway here’s a eye sneak peak,

*Update I hate drawing lips with all my heart and soul and I swear the next time I go look at this picture and have to draw the mouth im going to cry

Guys!!!! I like never talk about school buuuut,

I got Secretary on my Drama club council! I’m so happy, our director said I did a good job :]

Also we’re gonna do a Beauty and the Beast production, fingers crossed to get LeFou when we audition!!

Anyway i have a Octavian HC post down the line, and a brief update on the map because I’ve done the 2nd and 3rd passes of Camp during science today (we were watching a video don’t worry)

But yeah! That’ll be down the line and probably posted later today!

Please stop standing next to water or you will blow my cover”

Meanwhile Poseidon is just standing off to the side like “how on earth did I dodge THAT bullet”

Octavian and Jason hc design

I haven’t talked about the Jason design as much (I think I offhandedly mentioned that he 100% was African American and Albino) and I’ve obviously talked about Octavian and I’ve shown off the drawings- but I’ve decided to switch around their designs just for my brain,

The left is Jason and the right is Octavian. I’ll say I’m not proud of how I drew them, like I said earlier I’m in a weird drawing stage and I just wanted to get them down. But this is roughly what I wanted.

I tried looking at physical photos of African people with albinism and tried to make Octavian a bit more rosy (though I wish I messed around with it a lot more) but these are generally messy sketches and I hope when I get around to actually thinking of their designs (these are literally just ‘hey guys basic features now let me get my colors down!)

Also I’d like to note that Jason’s shirt is split the middle down just so I could see him in either color. Though I have a concept for doing things when he’s in well-lit areas and whatever.

Also the two of them look pretty basic because I’m re-working their designs.

But whatever I thought the colors looked okay and I hope the next time I draw them it’ll be better able to portray their characters and my designs on how they look.
