POKEMON Z-A THEORIZING AND LIKE AAAA

I JUST WATCHed the pokemon presents and HEHEHEHHE

Okay, okay. I am a calm collected person except Kalos is my favorite Pokemon gen and it like heheheh-

So! We can actually already predict when this game roughly is! Which is around the same time frame as Pokemon legends: Arceus, let me explain;

Pokémon legends Arceus from our theorizing is commonly accepted to take place in the Pokemon world equivelent of the Meiji Restoration (1868-1889). We believe it’s during this period due to like clothing, architecture, story plots. Go watch a video on YouTube for more (like the Lockstin and Gnoggin one) because they explain it better than me.

Now, why do I say that Pokemon legends Z-A takes place in the same time frame? Well, we know that Lumoise; the town being showed that is under reconstruction is based off Paris.

Paris actually also got redesigned in 1853, and along with that from certain pictures at the beginning of the trailer,

We can also deduce that the Architectural style is that of the 1800s during Paris’s re-development is extremely similar,

And then there’s the futuristic part. Do I know what that might possibly be? No, however may I present a theory. a GAME THEO-

I’m sorry. But perhaps this game is set in modern Pokemon times; just simply heavily affected by the past, perhaps Kalos after the events of X&Y needs a re-development or you are working on a history project of the city. Something of the like.

Anyway all that to say so excited for this game, Kalos is very nostalgic for me and I’m so hyped to see it again. Also this is one of my favorite periods architectural styles so I wanted to nerd a little lol.

Even possibly if I may be so bold we switch between the past and the present? That is SO not what is happening but imagine it. Maybe you play as an imaginary ancestor to your player who lives through the re-development and stuff-

Annabeth and Camp Jupiter; Years of service and stuff

I was drawing a silly little comic that had Annabeth in it, and while drawing Annabeth I realized something,

By HoO Annabeth has ten camp beads. She has been at camp for the same amount of time any Camp Jupiter kid who didn’t opt to stay a little longer has. While that may seem like a random detail, it could’ve been such a like- thing?

That Annabeth. The daughter of Athena, direct like force that would drive the Romans and Greeks to war once more, has essentially had her full service to her own camp. Could we have gotten parallels between her and other Camp Jupiter kids who had been full term; perhaps other characters begrudgingly respecting her because in their eyes and their own minds she’s already done all her training. Could we have gotten a different silly little interaction between people like Reyna, or Octavian due to the fact she’d been at Camp for so long? Even if it was small like deferring to her as leader, give Annabeth some pause and stutter with her hubris flaw or whatever.

Uhh anyway, all of that to say that Annabeth and legionnaire parallels are silly and if I was more interested in Annabeth I’d love to do stuff with that but sadly I am not. But it’d be a good look at how the legion defers to power and experience and maybe I’ll bring it up again someday. Oh well, we’ll see lol

I listened to the full Ulysses dies at dawn soundtrack for the first time and it was amazing.

I was also listening to it while our teacher let us listen to music and study for a math thing so that might’ve shifted my perspective on the whole thing.

But my favorite character was Oedipus, I really like his song. Also Heracles’s song is pretty good, I liked Orpheus’s like fluttering vocals.

Uh, but big things are coming up. I just need the motivation to write in Percy PoV so for the time being there will probably be like. More random stuff lol-?

I originally had a really super long post that just yapped for a long time but the question literally was just if Octavian bleached his eyebrows too.

So instead uh, Does Octavian bleach his eyebrows? Part of me wants to say yes because that’s funny, the other part of me doesn’t.

(But it is totally super funny.)

I drew art! Guys I did the thing. Well- I’m in the ever perpetual process of doing the thing but uhhhh,

It’s Mercury and Octavian :3. I’ve affectionately started calling them the Gaea duo and it was a little unintentional to make them together but uhhhh. Yeah! Soon I’ll get maybe Michael and Dakota done, we’ll see. I also have a little comic panel piece for a SoN scene in the works but hhhhhhh-

Also the Octavian one is… probably gonna be re-worked? I like having these pictures as a way to reference my designs for the characters (the Larry one I drew way back when is great). But I’m still working out how I want Octavian to Octavian so uh- yeah. Maybe his siblings will get something one day, like names.

Also tomorrow marks the day I’m forcing myself to sit down and read through the Dark prophecy (as much as I can get through, hopefully all of it because I know I can finish that book in a day *I did it with SoN and tLT to what’s one more?*) and that means Lit stuff.

I love the silly goofy goober. Also maybe Oracle things? The setup for things like Dadonna was interesting and maybe possibly I’ll try my hand at our villains for this arc (I don’t know but ToA Nero has a HOLD on me. Purely just for how silly goofy in the worst way but he like ahfoaksnejak- so excited to see Caligula and Commodus :3)

Or I’ll give up everything and then there will be probably Harley something. Or stuff about the Augurculanum because Octavian so deserved to have one and it’s so weird that he didn’t like omg-

Octavian Auguraculum building Sneak peeks???

Hehehe I used to hate drawing buildings buuut,

Here is some of the concept drawings for the Auguraculum!! It’s uh… not done. But it’s super fun and silly and hehehe.

Also uh, this is partially taken importation from buildings such as the Acropolis (I know it’s Greek but still-) the Parthenon, general Ancient Roman temples, Domes in Ancient Rome, also a lot of fantasy elements.

Obviously this is a lot more decorative and intricate, that is because I wanted it to look that way and this is a fantasy place and I think it sets apart the Auguraculum and makes Octavian have a like interesting location to be in most of the time. Because it’s his building, it’s personalized, we can see more of it and stuff or whatever.

I also just wanted to draw pretty fancy stuff but whatever. The finished stuff, concepts, whatever will be posted with the actual Auguraculum post but I got really excited and wanted to show it.
