My Classic Monster Headcanons for the Casper Crew + Finn

Bruce Yamada

-he’d most definitely be a werewolf, like full-on 1985 Teen Wolf over here

-he’d try to keep it secret bc of his family, but the other Grabbed and Gwen would all know relatively quickly

-if he were to suddenly become a werewolf - whether that be bitten or activated over time - there wouldn’t be much of an adjustment period, he’d accept being a werewolf pretty quickly

-true to most canine fashion, he’s very good with people, which is why he’s so popular and well-liked

-there are dark sides to every coin tho, he can be very passive aggressive on his time of the month and his heats are no joke. It’s just better to steer clear of him until his head is on straight and he’s more sociable. Doesn’t matter if you’re friend, family, lover, or foe; Bruce is just very angry and aggressive during the full moon

Robin Arellano

-may be a shock to some, but Robin is a zombie

-he may be the toughest kid in school, but he honestly doesn’t look it at all, he looks totally unassuming to strangers

-like Bruce, he’d take to being a zombie pretty quickly and almost seamlessly, he likes how it makes it easier for him to think and the energy he gets from it

-most assume that zombies are slow and sluggish, and while he isn’t the best at math, the rest couldn’t be less true

-on the other hand, his craving for raw meat is pretty inconvenient in fights. And the only thing that he misses about being human is sleeping. For him, sleep was the only real way for him to relax and let his tough guy persona rest; he can’t do that anymore and it frustrates him. Speaking of, try not to frustrate him, if you thought he was bad before in his fights, the lack of exhaustion and need for a break makes him even more fearsome and relentless in fights

Billy “Paperboy” Showalter

-coincidentally, or not, Paperboy would be a mummy

-Paperboy does not take to being a mummy well at all, actively hates on it for a good while, and does his best to keep it a secret from everyone

-luckily, or unluckily, for him, he has all of eternity to get used to it

-he does enjoy the invulnerability, and some of the powers he gets, but he absolutely loathes the random piles of sand he finds in his room or on his person

-no one knows if it’s intentional or not - though the Grabbed and Gwen have their suspicions - but sometimes Paperboy getting what he wants goes too far. Almost as if he doesn’t care about others and their free will. In the cases where he doesn’t get his way, it is infinitely worse for other people around him. Swarms of locusts buzz and bite his classmates. sand finds its way into carpets, hair, food, and in bodies. Blood infects and dilutes the town water supply when Paperboy is angry. And no one knows for sure how it happens

Griffin Stagg

-not that much different than a ghost, Griffin is a poltergeist

-he may not have a large impact physically, but you can be damn sure the world feels it when he’s near

-he doesn’t really seem to have much of a reaction to his new circumstances, he kind of likes to just roll with the punches

-it doesn’t really matter if he tried to keep it a secret, he doesn’t have anyone to tell it to besides the Grabbed

-out of all of the Grabbed, Griffin has the most trouble controlling his abilities - even worse than Paperboy, supposedly - and he doesn’t know why. The only real ability that he has no trouble with is entering the spirit dimension. Sometimes he has dark thoughts about being there, he feels like he belongs there, alone, and always has. On his darker days, you should expect rain storms, inanimate objects moving around, random tragedies, and all around mayhem. It’s not Griffin’s fault, he honestly can’t help it. Right?

Vance Hopper

-vance would be Frankenstein, you all know it

-over-aggressive over little things, violent when provoked, and gets an unnecessarily bad rep

-he hates being Frankenstein actively, despite getting used to his situation the quickest, everyone knows and god help you if you remind him; he’ll go from 0-100 alarmingly quickly

-hates looking into mirrors, pictures, and changing his clothes, he hates any reminder of what happened to him, people already considered him a violent, monstrous freak before. Now he just looked the part

-vance’s temper is off the charts as a re-animated being. He was no where near as volatile before, but now, every simple thing sets him off. Especially fire, or his own reflection. Vance likes being left alone, likes being comfortable in his surroundings. Now, he’s not even comfortable in his own skin, mostly bc its not even his for the most part. The worst part is, he’ll suffer forever, his strength and durability will be his greatest weakness, and make him the biggest threat

Finn Blake

-last but not least, finney would be a vampire

-not exactly Nosferatu, but pretty damn terrifying when the situation calls for it, as we’ve seen

-never truly gets used to being a vampire, and a large part of him will always partially miss being human, but he does enjoy being a vampire

-finney likes that he no longer has to be afraid of bullies bc he’s strong enough to best them, and fast enough to run away if he wanted to, its actually bc of this that people find out about him relatively quickly. Cmon, everyone is gonna notice when the school’s resident punching bag/loser suddenly kicks ass

-still, as kind and demure as Finn might seem, he’s still a deadly and bloodthirsty creature of the night. It’s not his fault he gets hungry. He didn’t choose to become a vampire. Honestly, if the entire town knows of his peculiar...proclivities, you’d think they’d know better than to go out at night. Where Finn is lurking, hungry and waiting. Plus, he’s not exactly good at controlling his strength or speed, so if he accidentally broke Moose’s jaw that one time, he didn’t mean to. It was an accident, after all

a. I’ve aged up all of the characters to between 14-16, regardless of what the movie says (let’s face it, their canon ages either don’t make sense or have a lot of speculation behind them)

b. i will NOT be writing any sort of NSFW fics/headcanons/imagines/preferences for any of the people in the black phone. Not only are ALL of the Grabbed Victims minors, but also ALL of the actors portraying them are minors. NSFW in this case means sex or nudity of the characters I am writing about. I will ABSOLUTELY NOT be writing any of the sort for them or about them so do not ask. just enjoy what i do write

My Dating Headcanons for the Casper Crew + Finn

Bruce Yamada

-Every teenage fantasy comes to life on the dates he takes you on

-Pretty cliche and stereotypical, but in a good way. Spending time with him is always so romantic

-Expect a movie, a nice candle-lit dinner, maybe dancing or a relaxed stroll to end the night

-You two would most definitely be high-school sweethearts. Like, Bruce is always putting in the most effort and literally everyone notices it

-He just wants y’all’s dates to be perfect, to be everything you’ve ever dreamed of. He wants to impress you and make you swoon. He would straight up try to serenade you but he doesn’t have any musical talent. Bruce is more of a physical being, but he won’t t let that stop him from romancing you. Most definitely asks his mom and sister for help

Robin Arellano

-Very hard to tell when y’all started dating bc the dates he takes you on are pretty lowkey; like, things y’all did as friends

-Yeah, he’d take you to the drive-in, buy you a burger and milkshake, maybe a few things at the Grab n’ Go

-Homie was straight up flabbergasted when you bucked up the courage to ask him out on a date, like, he thought y’all were already dating. It was honestly kinda like that one Spider-Man meme for this one

- Unlike Bruce, Robin can and will serenade you, you know this boy knows all of your favorite romantic songs and he will play his guitar while singing to you wherever you are. He feels really bad about the miscommunication

-Not gonna lie, you asking him out on a date made him incredibly insecure. Like, he’s spent weeks thinking y’all were going steady as a couple bc of all the dates he took you on. Then he finds out you were incredibly insecure bc you thought he didn’t like you like that. You better believe he’s taking you on a real date, flowers and everything

Billy “Paperboy” Showwalter

-Paperboy likes to stay active when on dates with you, he’s an active guy, maybe not athletic, but very active

-He loves the idea of doing things with you; he’s very open about it, too, straight-forward tells you what type of dates he’ll take you on

-Now, don’t be imagining hiking or surfing or anything like that; Paperboy’s definition of a good date is a picnic where you talk about books or a scenic bike ride that ends with him buying you ice cream

-He’d also like dates where you complete puzzles together or other sorts of crafts

-Honestly, he’d consider literally every hangout as a date. As your devoted boyfriend, what else is he to expect? Paperboy loves spending time with you, even if he doesn’t always show it, you can always tell bc he is always around. (Imagine “Life In The Dreamhouse” Ken in the 70’s and you’ve got Paperboy)

Griffin Stagg

-He likes dates with a deeper meaning, or something that the two of you can discuss at length at a later time

-In Griffin’s eyes, this is a great way of keeping you both engaged in your dates, even at later dates. It makes the dates more memorable and it makes him happy to see you get as excited as he is

-Typical dates with him involve museums or some sort exhibit; and as soon as it ends, he’ll be ringing you up to hyper-actively chatter your ear about it

-When Griffin first asked you out, you thought he wanted you to help him with a school/academic related project. You agreed to go bc you had a huge crush on him. Once you agreed to “help” him, he frantically corrected you, making sure you were still interested

-He really does put a lot of effort into planning out your dates. Actually, he’s usually the one to plan out your dates regularly. You obviously give input and he’ll always consider what you might like to do. He’s one of those dorks that will try to make you blush by whispering corny pick up lines in your ear while you’re admiring a work or exhibit. He knows them all already, anyway

Vance Hopper

-hmmm

-Not gonna sugarcoat it, this man does not have a romantic bone in his body; maybe some bone marrow, or a clump of romantic cells, or gallbladder

-He tries okay? Seriously, he does. Vance has a great memory and he makes sure to remember or even write down everything you tell him about yourself

-Would not admit to it, though, so don’t even try. Just pretend to be surprised that he’s gotten all of your favorite snacks/drinks/foods along with your favorite movies. It means a lot to him that his reputation fools you

-Out of all of the Grabbed, it means the most to him that you love him. So every single date is about him doing whatever you want - as long as its not in the public eye. Vance loves you a whole lot and just doesn’t know how to express it, or if he wants to. He’ll always treat you right, though, so you never have to worry about that

Finn Blake

-Like Vance, the dates usually revolve around you, he is happy to do whatever you want

-He will not notice if you occasionally end up doing things that fall more into his line of interest than yours. He’s happy to be wherever as long as you are

-Finn is confident that you’ll get married one day. He will spend every date, nay, every day, proving to you why that is. His only goal is making sure you’re happy and that you feel loved by him

-Even if the date isn’t an inherently romantic idea, like going to a rock concert or escape room, he’ll put a romantic spin on it to make it seem more “couple-like”

-One time, you insisted that he plan out a date all by himself after your friends made cracks about Finn’s lack of a backbone and how they doubted he put much thought into your time together. He took you to a fair and y’all went dancing. He’s surprisingly very light on his feet and it was a very memorable night

-very gentle

-tries to copy methods that he sees on television or in movies

-likes to stroke two or three of his fingers down your face bc it feels more intimate to him

-cups your mid back area bc he needs both hands on you at all time and that place feels the most… appropriate

-absolutely adores short kisses from you bc they feel like an afterthought or instinctual; like kissing him is as essential as breathing. just give my boy lots of little pecks, he loves them

Robin Arellano

-a bit too passionate that it always seems kinda inappropriate

-doesn’t give two shits about propriety or others, he’s paying more attention to the important things

-cups your face to ensure all of your attention is on him

-kisses always escalate no matter how chaste they start off

-there’s a special place in his heart for the kisses where you bring him in by his jacket or hair, makes him feel good about himself long after they’re over

Vance Hopper

-very rarely kisses you

-unlike Vance, who hates PDA bc of other people, Griffon doesn’t like how it makes him feel

-his favorite kisses are the ones you put all over his face, rather than just his lips. makes him feel like your marking all of his features as your favorite. it makes him feel seen too, as if every kiss is telling him that you’ve noticed him

Finn Blake

-clumsy but hot kisser

-he just gets really excited, and doesn’t figure out how he wants to kiss you before he’s already doing it

-another one who needs his hands on you, usually cupping your jaw/neck area

-he likes feeling how flutter-y his kisses make you; gives him a much-needed confidence boost

-unlike Bruce, Finn feels like short kisses don’t convey love enough. long, passionate kisses are what get him going bc it feels like your putting the time and effort to show him how much you love him. always wraps you in his arms during these kisses

outline, please read if you’re interested in this and LET NE KNOW. Don’t just like, feel free to message me bc i’m going through a bit of a writer’s block so some encouragement and demand would help me along. Plus, the lack of fanfics in this fandom is criminal.

In a universe where Max took his time romancing Lucy (seriously, why did the entire plot of the movie occur over the course of a few days? like, i get the whole “horror movie needs to be fast-paced” aspect, but time skips are real and it would’ve built more suspense. also the reveal would’ve been better) over the course of a few months, gaining the trust and tolerance of Michael and Sam, as well as acclimating his Lost Boys to the whole “nuclear family” thing. That way, they all become friends. Except Sam is super suspicious due to the Frog brothers, and so is Grandpa and Nanook. It’ll start out the same way though, except the OC will be joining, too.

Sorry, sorry, *ahem* The Plot:

Jessamine Agustin is a floaty witch who likes to keep her presence in the corporeal world to a minimum. However, due to some personal tragedies and unexpected news, she decided the best and safest option would be to build roots and hone in her abilities more seriously. Where better than the murder capital of the world; Santa Carla? Teeming with the spirit life she so adores, Jessamine can safely practice her arts without scrutiny since most of the speculation revolves around the mysterious and ever growing Missing Persons population.

Jessamine is hired by Grandpa as a caretaker and assistant the same day as the Emersons move to town. Though initially cautious and disproving since she was supposed to take care of her father, Lucy is soon convinced of the new arrangement when it becomes easier for her to find a better job.

Grandpa gives Jessamine a lot of leeway as a employee and she often finds herself hanging out with Michael and Sam on the boardwalk. This is where the meets the dark and mysterious quartet, an odd energy surrounding them. Curiosity turns to friendship, which becomes affection towards the tall, dark and handsome biker, Dwayne.

A lot of problems arise as both a result of her presence, and that of Dwayne’s increasing affections, and the whole gang - made up of humans, witches, vampires and vampire hunters - have to find a way to get along to survive long enough to find solutions.
