International Colony And Relocation Utopian Ships, or I.C.A.R.U.S., was the name of the project and fleet of the world's best efforts to save humanity from a dying planet. A union between military intelligence, the world's space programs, and the super corporation K.I.T Solutions. And yet with all this might, scrapping and reusing every bit of resource they could, only 12 ships managed to be completed, each with the capacity to carry around 500,000 cryo'd passengers plus crew. But a young intern by the name of Mark came in with a plan for a 13th ship. One that would use a Warp Core to open a wormhole to it's destination instead of a Warp Drive that barely traveled at the speed of light. The math was plain as the writing on the wall, this was the only real chance humanity had, while the others were just false senses of hope. And so the Invincible was charged to carry 100,000 of Earth's best and brightest with a crew hand picked by Mark, all at the top of their fields (even if one was his ex wife). All he needed was a Captain... The Suits had some ideas...
