this is probably a stupid question but ARTISTS if u have a portfolio to apply for internships/jobs and u make a lot of fanart pieces in ur spare time, did u put any of those pieces in your portfolio????

i am desperately trying to figure out how to make a portfolio for internships …. and i have a lot of original pieces but some of my best work is fanart :/ so i’m just trying to figure out if i’m shooting myself in the foot by even putting that stuff in my portfolio

ik for the school program i’m in we couldn’t use fanart but idk if internships or jobs r different. idk. pls help 🙏

okay no it genuinely feels like i’m shadowbanned or smth… i’m not saying my posts are supposed to get any kind of attention, but when posts from a day ago (i was checking it yesterday) collect 1000 notes with most of the same tags and i literally have not received a single one even from my followers (only a friend i asked to like and my own reblogs in order to see what’s happening and if it helps at all)… i don’t know what to do… tumblr still hasn’t sent me any kind of answer and i’m just left concerned… i can’t message anyone or leave replies and i don’t even know what i did..

I CAN SEE MY CHATS! i should probably actually try to send smth to someone first to make sure it’s fully fixed but omg… such a relief.. although i am unhappy that it took them THIS long to do anything about it… but again phew… again.
