I am autistic. If I don’t see the sense in a rule/command, I am not going to do it. To make me follow said rule/command simply tell me the reason behind it instead of getting mad at me for “back talking” when I ask for the reasoning.

There’s a girl in one of my after school extra curricular classes that I see twice a week. One of the days being tomorrow. Last class we talked about bit and I think she flirted with me??? Not sure tho bc I’m terrible with social cues.

I mean obviously with younger kids you have to talk to them a different way then you would an adult, but that absolutely does not mean you get to take away their right to ask questions.
