Yes, Ok Fine -- Daenerys Was Not Evil. We Know That, We Accept That. But Nothing Makes Me Want To Slam
Yes, ok fine -- Daenerys was not evil. We know that, we accept that. But nothing makes me want to slam my head onto a table more then when people say “ Dany is the most kindhearted, pure, good woman ever. She has never done a bad thing ever omg.” Because she DEFINITELY is not. No character in the asoiaf series is purely good or bad -- Not Ned, not Sansa, not even Ramsay fucking Bolton are purely good nor bad people. Dismissing a characters flaws because you want to idealize them will more often then not take away the most fascinating parts of their character.

i relate to joncon because i too am gay and pining after someone who never even thought about loving me as much as i love them
We go together like Gendrya shippers and Taylor Swift <3
This just further proves the point that the Starks always treated Theon like shit/ a prisoner and how it was totally fucked of the show to have Theon say “My real father died in Kings Landing”
Absolutely losing it over the fact that neither Arya nor Sansa think about Theon once during their chapters
Can someone help me answer these two questions for writing:
- What is it like to have a blood vessel burst (How does it happen, how long does it last, what does it feel like, etc)
- If a body is left in the woods for circa 3 years, how decomposed would it be?
I have issues with anyone who see’s any of the children in asoiaf series (aside from Joff maybe idk that’s a whole different discussion) especially characters like Sansa, Aegon or Dany and are like “they deserve what they got” or “they are horrible people” because of tiny things that you wouldn’t even NOTE on a irl child their age. Like bitch how what were you at 13? An angel? Probably not if you’re writing such toxic shit about kids now
It makes me sad to see people hate on sweetrobin arryn, I know people think he’s bratty and annoying but as someone who works with kids I’ve had close relationships with “weird” “annoying” kids with “problems” kind of like sweetrobin.... children are incredibly vulnerable and their brains are still developing and are very impressionable, and they’re still learning to be humans, and some kids need a little extra help..... I have a lot of sympathy for sweetrobin and I think I would connect with him if he were one of my students and I really hope he will eventually be in a safe position with a good caregiver and can grow up alright.....
