Killing Stalking isn’t really that romanticizing abuse or whatever bullshit antis are sayin’. Unlike some Japanese Yaoi manga that are blatant rape fantasies where the weaker victim falls in love with his rapist and his disgusting yaoi hands, which are clearly romanticizing rape and fetishizing homosexuality. From the start, our weak guy Yoonbum is already gaga over Sangwoo.

Killing Stalking is a psychological thriller. There has hardly any romantic scenes in it (to me that is), and if there is, there’s an alarming aura in it that blinks red lights that say “oh shit, something bad is gonna happen any time soon”. This manhua has some horrifying elements in it, while the BL erotica is there to add more alcohol to the open wound. The erotic scenes are clearly not meant to be hot, but they’re presented in a way that hey, rape and abusive unsafe sex is fucked-up. The sex scenes are not sugarcoating unlike some yaoi.

And if you haven’t noticed, Killing Stalking’s artstyle itself is already a giveaway that it’s not for the faint of heart, nor it is some fluffy lovey dovey generic yaoi manga that’s actually full of gratious rape under the guise of pastel/watercolor artstyle full of pretty boys. Learn to read between the art styles. Koogi knows what she’s trying to convey here.

Antis sure are dumb. There are so much more popular yaoi manga that should be shat on, but these dimwitted moral guardians picked something that’s in-your-face that it’s not a good and romanticizing story to read if you want to look for romance. Tsk, tsk.
