Legendary musician Chuck Brown, D.C.'s "Godfather of Go Go," has been hospitalized since mid-April, when he canceled a show at the newly reopened Howard Theater. No one was quite sure why.

The Washington Post reports that Brown's daughter -- and fellow musician -- KK Brown has revealed that the local legend has pneumonia.
