Be careful with looking for a caregiver or kiddo online !!

I've seen so many people, minors especially ask for a caregiver, not just on Instagram, Tumblr, and Twt, but Pinterest as well. Your headspace is not something you should immediately be willing to share !!

You do NOT need a caregiver to be able to regress

It may feel as though you need one because you struggle to regress on your own, but maybe your regression has just changed, and you can't 'trigger' it the same way anymore. Wanting one because you see others have one is completely normal !!

You do NOT need luxury babie stuff to be able to regress

You don't need pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, onesies, etc. Those are all luxury items you can be regressed without them. The majority of onesies are sold from 18+ shops, so technically, minors shouldn't have them, even though they're sold on Amazon. And if you can't afford an adult pacifier (which is 1000% valid), please do not buy baby pacifiers. They will mess up your teeth.

Just simply be yourself

Being your authentic self is probably the best way to help you regress. Whether it's cussing while you're tiny, smoking, or watching adult cartoons. If it helps you regress, do it !! Unless it's something that would bring harm or distress to you and/or others.
