Wondering how and why are my fics with ocs that are related to no fandom at all have more views and/or likes than the ones that do have a fandom attached

Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, I'm happy people are finding out about my ocs

But I'm just so confused like ??? The reach of a non-fandom oc driven story should be way less than the one of a specific fandom with some canon characters thrown in there, no???

Either way I'm happy just very confused lol

people always say that ruffnut is the smarter twin, but i personally believe that tuffnut is just more committed to the bit than her, as seen in season 2 ep 4 of rtte when tuff admits that he was just pretending to think he was changing to mess with the others. he literally ate RAW FISH out of the dragons feeding trough. in season 6 ep 2, tuff purposefully distracts the guards so the others can escape. when it comes down to it, tuff can be just as smart as ruff- he just prefers to play dumb and joke around. in this essay i will
