You can make your world in your story as unrealistic and ridiculous as possible, as long as you clearly convey the logic of your world, and make the logic internally consistent.

Good writing premises always ask questions. Such as, "what happens when we leave toys alone?" Or "what if an old man wanted to relive his childhood dream and meet his idol?" 

One I came up with " what if an Isekai anime had Don Quixote as a protagonist?"
