As last minute as the title - my story is FINALLY HERE!!! You can access it either as a registered user or guest user.

I would provide a description about what's this is about, but I don't wanna spoil the book, so here's a summary:

"MK the Monkie Kid and his friends, alongside other allies such as Sun Wukong, will continue their adventure against their usual foes and facing the same struggles; but with the aid of a new ally - a wild card who may or may not have more influence on their story than initially thought. But she can't possibly have any connections to the events of what is happening to our heroes... right?"

So, question.... I was just researching stuff about Princess Iron Fan for the story and looking to see if she had another name (example: Qi Xiaotian for MK, Long Xiaojiao for Mei and Liuer Mihou for Macaque)

As I was adding the tags for the story on Ao3, it turns out her real name is Tieshan Gongszhu. I just want to check if I can refer to PIF as this name because I'd like to use it for the story.

What do you guys think? Would you mind if I use this name for story purposes 🤔? If so, should I use the whole name or just use either Tieshan or Gongzhu? Let me know in the comments.

That's right! It's been a hot minute since I have been offline, and now that I'm back, I can say that the first chapter of my story will be posting soon.

I'll be posting the link where you can read it when the first chapter is ready for the public. Chapter 2 is currently in the works, but me and my writing buddy and I will be trying our best with what time we have to spare and write it down.

Hello 👋, the vote for the last poll came in with the results since a few hours ago, and the majority of people have voted YES.

I am soooo happy that you all would like to hear Dajing's story :)

At the moment, the first chapter is already written, but it will go through some editing. At the moment, I am going to be offline for a while, but luckily, I have help.

Since the overall plot points for each chapter covering the LMK series, plus chapters following events not revolving around the show, is going to take a while to write. Thus, I have one of my friends to help out and volunteer to cover half of the chapters while I write the other half.

They will be handling the editing so the gramma doesn't become messy since they've read more books than I have, and English is not my first language. At the moment, they will be editing the first chapter and writing the second chapter, with my guidance since it is my story.

However, since I will be offline, I will not upload and announce the first chapter on Ao3 until in a week and a half, so please be patient. I promise I will not leave you all hanging.

Anyway, I can't wait to see you all soon until I return :)

I'd anyone has noticed, on my post of my LMK OC Dajing, I have added new pieces of information, and if anyone's curious about what it means.

I have considered wanting to write a story about Dajing and if she was in the LMK universe.

I was so happy when I saw people making fanart, and I wanted to do something that would engage with everybody like other bloggers on Tumblr have done.

And I love drawing. Don't get me wrong. But with outside life and responsibilities and knowing how time-consuming it will become if I ended up drawing a comic, I know I will scrap the series after the first panel.

I recently got AO3 and saw a lot of other LMK fans writing their stories on the platform. So that's where I will be posting the chapters if you would like to find it.

● Dajing has considered Princess Iron Fan as one of her closest and trustworthy friends, so much so she views her as a sister.

● Princess Iron Fan is the older and stricter archetype yet deeply cares for her family, while Dajing is the younger and carefree archetype, but does get serious when it's needed.

● She often advises Princess Iron Fan once she met her family and understood their intentions with the Monkey King and his successor but isn’t fond of their evil schemes.

“You have certainly changed…”

“I wouldn’t say the same to you.”

DEMON BULL KING

● Dajing does not interact much with Demon Bull King since they’d have nothing to discuss, but she does accept him as a suitable spouse of Princess Iron Fan.

● Since Dajing never met Demon Bull King before, sp he does not have any grudges from the past and is on good terms with Dajing.

● Both of them do talk every now and then, but their conversations don’t go anywhere.

“So… how have you been?”

“I am fine”

REDSON

● Redson’s relationship with Dajing was complicated in the beginning, since Redson, at first, doesn’t view her as someone worthy to talk to anyone in the Demon Bull King Fortress, but for his mother’s sake, attempts to build a bond.

● She tries to get along with him, and whenever either Demon Bull King or Princess Iron Fan tends to talk about his failures, she is willing to listen or comfort him.

● However, over time, Redson and Dajing have built an aunt-nephew relationship, as she’s the only one who smothers him with affection (familial) despite his embarrassment.

“Why must you… comfort me? I don’t need this form of sympathy.”

“Because I do not like to see you feeling sad.”

SANDY

● Outside the Demon Bull Family, Sandy is one of the first and strongest friendships out of MK and his friends, since they both have the same belief of “violence isn’t the answer” and often want to ensure their friends are okay.

● They also hang out the most, as they’d often be in his home at the cargo and would have tea sessions, and Dajing would even bring new ingredients for him to try.

● Whenever Dajing is in the city, she’d often cling onto Sandy, as the futuristic appeal of cities scares her from how different the world looked from thousands of years ago.

“I’m glad you can make it, Ms. Hai. I just recently got delivered new types of tea. What would you like? I got yellow tea, oolong, lavender tea, green tea-”

“I would like lavender tea, thank you very much”

MEI

● Dajing really likes Mei, as her eccentric and snarkiness intrigues Dajing since she doesn't know or meet many people who have such a young and lively personality.

● Mei also sees her as a good friend, someone to hang out with whenever MK would go training with Monkey King, and a person who helps her forget about her family’s expectations.

● Both of them explore the city (as Dajing disguises herself as a small snake and hides inside Mei’s jacket), and Mei shows all the new locations, foods, clothes, etc. Dajing is curious about learning about the new world.

“Goodness…These buildings seem to be reaching for the skies. Are you sure these are not reserved for the ruler of this city?”

“Nah, they’re mostly shopping malls, arcades, stores - you know, all that sorta stuff.”

MK

● Whenever Sandy wasn't hanging out with Dajing, it led to Dajing hanging out with MK when he’s on break from delivering noodles.

● Oftentimes, he’d treat him similarly to Redson. As someone who'd lend an ear to listen or try being so protective and gentle towards MK, Dajing sees and treats him like he's her child.

● For MK, he sees Dajing similar to the way he sees Pigsy, as she takes a more maternal role into his life, and over time, he begins to view her as his mother figure.

“Wait - If you’re just as old as Princess Iron Fan, have you ever met Monkey King?”

“I am afraid not. I was not around when Monkey King and his friends were travelling the west.”

PIGSY

● Pigsy did not trust Dajing at first, considering that she was close to Princess Iron Fan, as well as the rest of the Demon Bull Family, and assumed she’s evil.

● However, Dajing proved him wrong and showed she wasn’t intending to hurt or fight against MK before the truce between the Demon Bull Family and the Monkie Gang.

● Both Pigsy and Dajing don’t talk as much, but do have a passion for food and love the show, Cooking with Chang’e.

“I must say, your technique in cooking is quite remarkable. I haven't seen someone use such old methods in a long time."

“I prefer to cook the right way. Cooking is a form of art when you create the noodle, the broth, and the flavour!"

TANG

● When Tang first met Dajing, he wanted to ask her SO MANY QUESTIONS about demons, if she knew anything about the Celestial Realm and other related topics; and Dajing didn’t mind talking to Tang.

● Dajing is fond of Tang, and she adores his passion for the history and tales from the Journey to the West, and likes listening to him whenever he wants to talk about new information.

● When Mei and MK are having fun, Dajing does talk to Pigsy and Tang since Sandy will either be busy with fixing his vehicle or other things.

“Really?! I can't believe that's how it really worked back?”

“Yes, it is quite an interesting fact, if I do say so.”

SUN WUKONG

● At first, Dajing was warned by Princess Iron Fan about Wukong and his reputation, making her worried and often stayed close to MK whenever he’s near.

● However, the more time she spent with MK, the more she saw how much Wukong cared for him and led Dajing to warm up, but was still cautious.

● Wukong and Dajing don’t talk too much, but do like talking about MK, and how he’s doing in his training, job, etc.

“Yup! The kid’s getting better every lesson.”

“That IS impressive, but please don’t push him too far. He’s still quite young.”

MACAQUE

● Dajing has a lot of mixed feelings about him, considering she first knew him as someone working with the Lady Bone Demon and actively putting MK and his friends in danger, but also helping MK defeat the enemy at the last minute; something doesn't feel right.

● After Macaque joins their side, she tries to act nice towards him. However, deep down, she can not forgive him for all the trouble he has caused.

● Unlike Wukong, she does not talk to him at all and hides her dislike for Macaque from everyone in order to not draw unwanted attention.

➨ Let's be real here. Macaque has never been in a relationship before. Probably a fling or two with someone in the past, but didn't have enough experience to understand deep connection romantically.

➨ So he's just as new and awkward as you are. But he doesn't want you to know that. He'd hide his awkwardness and nervousness behind his charismatic charm in the beginning of your relationship.

➨ I feel like Macaque would most likely have tons of boundaries for you to respect until he allows it to be surpassed. Since you know, his previous strongest relationship ended so badly, he doesn't want to talk about how bad it affected him.

➨ So go soft on him. He's trying his best to be there for you, but he does want to be respected for his privacy. Wait until he's ready.

➨ But I think, if you manage to break down those walls he’s build up, he eventually become more open and try to is willing to be a lot more genuine with his affection towards you, as being a tease and flirtatious were the most romantic he could ever be before trusting you with listening to his problems.

➨ Also I'd think he wouldn't show that kind of vulnerability in front of anyone else except you. He is NOT going to put up with Wukong and his nonsense.

➨ I headcanon that Macaque is more touch starved than Wukong. Don't get me wrong, Wukong is touch starved for sure, but I believe he's been surrounded by adoring fans as they see him as the ‘hero’, and no one really pays attention to Macaque.

➨ Macaque is definitely an introvert, but does consider taking you out for dates somewhere in Megapolis or somewhere isolated for the both of you to not get interrupted. I think he preferably wants to either cuddle or Netflix and chill at his dojo or your place.

➨ I'd assume as you and Macaque got to hang out with each other and understand your likes and dislikes, he would be able to do things to make you blush, smile or laugh; whether it's a little joke or a thoughtful gift.

➨ Macaque loves being intimate with you. Like, once he gets comfortable being physical, he'd start cuddling or pulling you close by the waist as he gently holds you.

➨ He won't say it out loud, but he will let you know that he adores you when you give him the same kind of treatment he does for you. Like if you were to seek the security of his arms as you casually on the couch, cuddling. Just you know that he internally cherishes that moment forever. Or if you shower him with kisses, Macaque will absolutely melt from the affection.

➨ I wouldn't say that he is extremely possessive over you (as much as most people seem to headcanon) I'd believe he entrusts you with defending yourself, but whenever things get too serious, then he steps in and protects you.

➨ When it comes to nicknames for each other, if you were to create nicknames that refer to his shadow abilities or moody demeanour, Macaque would eye roll, but deep down, feels flattered.

➨ However, the nicknames that he'd give to you would be like babe, sweetheart, darling and lovely. These were the default pet names in the beginning before he got creative, like referring to you as cutie, babycakes, sugar, doll, and his personal favourite: ✨sugarplum✨ (I'm bad with coming up with nicknames)

➨ Judging from his liking to shadow plays and performing in general, I'd headcanon that he observes the romantic aspects to the play, and tries testing them on you to see which one you would like or not.

➨ While observing these plays, he developed his romantic language as he learned new compliments and picked up lines to use on you. But don't test him. If you try to be snarky about your flirting skills, he will immediately turn the tables and it will end up you losing and as red as a tomato.

➨ On the topic of Macaque being a theatre fanatic, BIG fan of music, especially musicals and classical music. He'd show his interest with you by letting you listen, and if you like his genre of music, both of you would end up talking about your favourite musicals or opera or whatever it is you like, and probably rant about the remakes that aren't as good as the original.
