Shoutout To The Fact That I Found Geoff Like 2 Years Ago With Misty Mountains And For Some Fucking Reason

shoutout to the fact that i found Geoff like 2 years ago with Misty Mountains and for some fucking reason never thought to look more into what he'd done, so i went for a while with one song in my playlist that in my head i dubbed The Deep Voice Guy, then last year in like late june, watched a video entitled When You Hit Puberty Twice that started at the key change of Sixteen Tons, went to add it to my playlist, noticed the You Have Liked One Other Song From This Artist! thing and was like ??? uhh pretty sure this is the first time i'm hearing him... what else have i liked?... MISTY MOUNTAINS??? HOLY SHIT IT'S THE FUCKER WITH THE DEEP VOICE???? NO WAY?? and i swear to gods i don't really know how i did not recognize him from the voice. the reason i had Misty Mountains in my playlist at all is because we had an assignment for english where we had to illustrate a verse from “The Hobbit Song” and i hadn't heard it before so i searched it up and Geoff's cover was the first to show up.

TLDR: The sole reason that I recognized Geoff and got into VoicePlay at all is because I was determined to draw the verses of Far Over The Misty Mountains Cold as well as I could, all for one piece of homework for a nice teacher in a school that I hated.
