House keeps annoying Wilson about how he's definitely cheating on his wife. Surprisingly, he isn't this time. However, because House keeps being annoying, Wilson decides to screw with him by deciding (optionally: pretending) to cheat on his wife after all, letting House "sneakily" investigate and stalk him like always.

The big dramatic reveal is that Wilson is cheating with a man. Wilson is so thrilled by the whole situation because it's so scandalous and a level up from his previous pranks. He gets excitedly nervous about going on dates with the guy (because House might see them in public), his heart flutters when the guy visits Wilson at work and flirts with him in his office (totally just because it'll sell the image to House), he gets a boner when he's making out with the guy (because... House won't suspect that it's all a prank??).

When House discovers them, he wants to explode the other guy with his mind out of jealousy. This makes Wilson hornier for some strange reason.
