I want RBR to be forced to take on a female driver in their academy

I want all these men that like to talk about how much they wouldn't mind a female driver or a LGBT driver to admit that it's easy to talk but hard to act

I don't care if W Series goes back to partnering DTM (I actually think it might be a better fit right now) (though I want it FE cause it makes more sense) I just want it to succeed

i’m really not surprised in the slightest seb is retiring at the end of the year. i can’t imagine how tough it must be not only on his marriage but also on him as a father to three young children to be away pretty much half the year from his family

and yes while he has the luxury of going home in between races and being able to bring his family along with him, he is still incredibly busy with on track stuff and unlike other team personnel, seb and other drivers generally have more time off than say the trackside team n the factory team

now this 24 race calendar will put so much strain on trackside members’ personal relationships and their mental well-being. a mechanic did an article last year talking about the harsh brutality of the not so glamours f1 lifestyle

i would not be surprised if there is a surplus of trackside team members either leaving f1 entirely or asking to join the factory team bc the calendar is just too much to handle over the next coming months even years

there isn’t a single positive about the 24 race calendar at all, it’s a logistical nightmare with the travelling across the world which by the way environmentally for an organisation that says wants to be carbon neutral by 2030 seems very fucking ironic they are introducing such an environmentally damaging calendar

I am so fucking pissed at Alpha Tauri right now. This is the third time this year that Pierre's car caught Pierre. First his pit crew fucks up and put the fuel breather the wrong way and mess up with the fans. Then when his car caught fire while Pierre is still inside the car they were slow to react. The Aston crew reacted quickly or else it could have been a different outcome. Pierre didn't even know the car was on fire. Now if he or his engineer I don't know who made the call had not made the call to pit when they did, He would have been on the track driving the car completely unfairly about the fire. That's a scary thought. A disaster was avoided. After all this happened AT social media is making jokes about how more smoke is waiting for him after the session for his post session recovery. That frankly is very distasteful. Pierre escaped a bad outcome closely today and all the social media team can think about is turning into a joke. Now I don't know who tweeted that whether it's the guy always on the track on the other admin who by the way is actually personally employed by Pierre to run team Gasly account. I don't even care to find out, whoever it was handled it poorly. Now back to the pit crew. They were so fucking neglectful in their act. They should have been carefully in putting together the fuel breather. They know how dangerous that can be. I fucking hope that they are suitably get reprimand for it.
